Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona.
