My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

Spectacular view as pictured. Since the apartment is located in the historic center, you need to park at a parking lot a little outside the center (which is the case for all the apartments in the area). Apartment was overall more spacious than expected. Although the balcony was quite narrow, the beautiful view made up for it. Location was convenient to walk to many shops and restaurants.

Book this airbnb if it is available during your stay! Alessandro could easily take more money for the breathtaking view. it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own dinner, everything was clean and welcoming. Alessandro was a great host and had a lot of tips for the city. 10/10!

We recently had a wonderful stay at Casa Alberto. So private and quiet with wonderful views, yet so close to the town. As soon as it goes dark all the fireflies come out and put on a spectacular display. This place is highly recommended and we would definitely return.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Marisa is an extremely friendly, helpful hostess and she speaks French very well!! We had a great interaction with her. Very good accommodation in an exceptional setting! In the quiet of the countryside, it was soothing. I recommend this rental 100%! Both for the place and for the welcome Note that the rental is adjoining their restaurant. We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb properties I've ever had the pleasure in experiencing. It's a penthouse apartment overlooking the tiled rooftops of Siena, with a view straight across to the famous church tower. Taking your morning coffee here with the pigeons is one of the most serene things you could imagine. Pure Italy. There's also a rooftop garden we could pull fresh cherry tomatoes and basil from for our cooking. It's located literally a 3-minute walk from the main piazza, and in the middle of all Sienna's shopping, walking, and dining attractions. Nicoletta was patient with our travel schedule, and met us on the later side of our check-in without a problem.

Wonderful place to stay if you want an authentic place to catch the real Italian charm. Wonderful,responsive host. The village is small but charming.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
