House holiday rentals in Monte Testaccio

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn und 2 Hunden für 3 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Alessandro hat eine detaillierte Website erstellt, wo man jegliche Informationen für die Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehr, Attraktionen und vieles mehr entnehmen kann. Falls man trotzdem Hilfe brauchte, wurde einem sofort geantwortet. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und der Garten ist wunderbar zum Entspannen aber auch zum Spielen und toben. Eine schöne ruhige Lage aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist auch schnell in Rom. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Wir hatten alle eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Nous avons séjourné pendant plus d'un mois au sein de cette magnifique petite maison très originale et charmante qui se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Rome. Tout était parfait dans la maison, tout était fonctionnel et très pratique. Le parking se situe à quelques mètres de la maison, dans l'enceinte de la résidence. La piscine est également très belle et très bien entretenue. Nous nous déplacions le plus souvent en voiture mais nous avons également pris les transports en commun et il est vraiment très simple de rejoindre le centre-ville en bus. Il y a de très nombreux commerces, restaurants et services dans le quartier. Il est très facile et agréable de communiquer avec Ulderico. Il a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien et si tout allait bien. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giovanna war sehr schön. Wir konnten von der Unterkunft aus sehr gut mit Bus oder Tram in die Innenstadt fahren und hatten gleichzeitig die Vorzüge einen ruhigen Wohngegend. Außerdem half Giovanna durch Tipps und Empfehlungen uns in der Gegend zurecht zu finden und wohl zu fühlen. Einen guten Start bereiteten uns die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die Giovanna für uns vorbereitet hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Amazing stay here ! We really enjoyed how close it was to the Colosseum and we really loved the Rione Monti area which is just a ten minute walk and has lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay here again next time we are in Rome !!

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Giulia was a lovely host, extremely helpful and kind. Check in worked out flawlessly. The apartment is located close to public transport which made exploring the city easy. I would totally recommend this stay for anybody who wants to see rome!

Le logement de Giacomo se trouve à l'arrière d'une résidence paisible et bien entretenue du Trastevere. C'est Simin qui nous a accueillis de façon chaleureuse. Le quartier est très agréable, le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et vraiment bien équipé (notamment la cuisine). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour romain !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

Fun spot, right next to a lively part of town.

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

we had an amazing stay. the place is newly renovated and super clean, also cosy. 2 bathrooms come in very handy. the building itself is old and the street is being renovated. but the area is super authentic. with great restaurants and shops around. real Roman experience. loved it! not to forget that the owner is super helpful.

Excelente opción para quedarse en Roma si necesitas 3 habitaciones. Carlotta es super atenta, nos permitió entrar 4 horas antes. La casa esta super bien cuidada y tiene todo lo que necesitas. También nos recomendó el restaurante “Romolo e Remo” que esta justo debajo, es lo mejor de Roma. Gracias.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l’appartement de Nadia, ce dernier était d’une propreté et fonctionnalité sans faille. Nadia nous a chaleureusement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous présenter les lieux à visiter ainsi que les bonnes adresses. Elle était disponible et réactive pour le moindre soucis. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, la tranquillité mais à la fois la proximité au centre ville. En résumé, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour!
