Monthly Rentals in Monte Marcone

It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is centrally located but sheltered, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi next door. The supermarket is just a stone's throw away, and for us, who were visiting relatives, getting around was a breeze. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was precious to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

Beautiful experience in a wonderful land. Marianna's apartment is strategically located to reach both the sea and the mountains and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, added value is the wonderful welcome of Marianna's parents, Nicoletta and Fausto, who made us feel like part of the family, unforgettable. So, to conclude, I would recommend this destination to everyone.

We had a beautiful time staying there. The hosts were a pleasure and so nice and accommodating. It’s a little casa with a farm style setting off from the main road into the rural countryside. My children loved it looking at the chickens, rabbits, cats and goats. You have a beautiful view of Atessa and the surrounding countryside. You definitely need a car though but it’s only 5 mins driving from Atessa and the local shops. So happy to have found this little casa and we would love to stay there again. Really enjoyed it and thank you for making our stay so much more enjoyable and memorable

Very comfortable accommodation, exceptional cleanliness with spectacular mattresses...... very quiet and delightful village with very helpful local people (see managers of the bar in the square and the miller of the village Mr. Di Giulio)...... we had a very good time... thank you Andrea!!!!
