Villa holiday rentals in Montauroux

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Perfect stay in the most beautiful surroundings. Lovely house, and a lovely pool area with outdoor kitchen, where nothing was missing. Would definitely recommend Claude's place to others.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous time at Rolf’s home. He was very accommodating with our last-minute booking request, super helpful instructions, and well-stocked house. Comfortable beds, great pool, peaceful surroundings in a lovely, walkable domaine, super close to so many cute villages to explore! Would recommend :)

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

Christine and Thomas have created a wonderful paradise. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is a dream, the pool with pool house a highlight. We enjoyed the tranquility. The apartment has very good amenities. We did great excursions. Thank you Christine for the tip to visit the weekly market. One week was definitely not enough for us and we would be happy to come back. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

What a hidden gem! We didn't want to leave and passed our evenings enjoying the views and breezes. Sophie was a pleasure to interact with, and I am already looking forward to a future stay in this magnificent place.

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa - very rustic in external appearance, and modern and stylish inside. Well maintained, and very well thought through, with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Lots of really good touches such as silent fans over the beds, as well as the air con; mesh insect screens at most windows so you could have the windows open; Romain had provided some kitchen basics for us on arrival, including some local foods and drinks which was much appreciated; lots of seating areas outside to take advantage of the sun or shade at different times of the day; lovely interesting garden; we were a family group of 5 and each bedroom was self-contained with its own bathroom, so worked really well and gave everyone their own space and privacy; absolutely gorgeous, big, pool - don't be put off by the fact that it is saltwater, you barely notice it, not like the sea!! Any downsides? You really do need a car as it's just a bit too far to walk to the village.

Beautiful house in a stunning area. The pool and gardens were wonderful and our kids loved feeding the fish and seeing the lizards running around. Beds were all comfy and the house was immaculate and well stocked. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Saint Cezaire is a truly beautiful village, although it's more like a 20 minute walk from the house.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

The villa is just superb, with plenty of beds, modern and very well furnished. The outdoor area, with swimming pool, petanque court under the pine trees, barbecue and all just as beautiful. Fanny, who we were in contact with, was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Perfect play to stay on Cote d’Azur. The villa was just as described with good privacy on the property, plenty of room for a bigger group, a lovely pool area and superb views. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Beaulieu bay. Would definitely book again. Our host was responsive and friendly.
