We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation is very suitable for 2 people, very nice to have this terrace morning noon and evening for lunch, nothing to complain about for these two and a half weeks spent in this accommodation

We had the most fantastic stay and hope to be back this December. The location was amazing with the bakery right outside the door, the market a two minute walk and the beach 5mins away. The little streets and lovely neighbours. The property itself was incredibly decorated and every little space has been thought about and used. Carine was great responding to any questions before, during and after our arrival, a lovely welcoming lady. Couldn’t recommend enough x

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Armand's accommodation is highly recommended! It is more beautiful than in the pictures and very clean. The pool and the garden with a great view of the valley were our absolute highlights. Even though the Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable outside, we were thrilled with the Sonos connection to the speakers in the garden 🥳 We found the alarm system in the pool to be very practical and child-friendly, even if it rarely woke us up with a false alarm 🤭 The kitchen is the best we've ever had on Airbnb! High-quality equipment including Nespresso machine, you really have everything you need 👌🏼 The laundry room is very practical and offers plenty of storage space. Armand and Alexis were always available, very accommodating and great hosts. Thank you very much for the wonderful time 😊

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This is a really special place! It is nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of three. Both bathrooms were updated and attractive. It has lots of places to stash clothes and many electrical outlets. The hosts provided notebooks full of helpful information. Our absolute favorite thing was the rooftop deck! We were up there every day and night. Great views and so pretty with all the cacti. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, and Castle Hill. Be ready for lots of stairs! I counted 97 stairs from front door to the apartment. Inside are more steps to the bed or deck. You have to walk a few minutes for Uber pickup. Not a big deal, but know they won't be pulling up to your door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Nice.

Very friendly host, responsive and always good advice. We had a great time in a very spacious, bright apartment with a great view. The air conditioning and the shaded terrace is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

A beautiful place. The accommodation is very good, as in the photos. The pool is large, clean... a joy! Very good mattress. Kitchen with everything you need. A great welcome with all the explanations, rosé and water. Thank you Philippe. Two issues: - the loud noise of the road just below. - WiFi... it's best to assume that there is none. But don't panic, 4 or 5G works very well. Despite this, we loved this holiday destination as a couple

Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

Everything is perfect except for two minor issues: 1. I was not informed that the housekeeper costs extra and was not included. 2. The outdoor furniture, such as deck chairs by the pool, and the pool area in general could be refreshed. As well as the toilet by the pool. Please note that the rest was flawless. These 2 points do not affect the entire stay at all. Only as feedback to get the most out of it. Otherwise perfect, Charles also let us check in and out earlier. I would definitely come back.

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We were immediately taken care of. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were received, everything was explained to us and we felt taken care of and safe. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality has been really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

We had a great stay as a family with two small children. Lovely pool and views. Good location and close to supermarket. Rocco was vey helpful with any queries. Would highly recommend!

Caroline’s house is beautiful. She was very helpful throughout our stay and made this a very memorable vacation for us. We were a group of 9, and traveled with a baby. She set up a crib and chair for her, made sure everything was comfortable and checked in on us. I would highly recommend her house and would easily go back again!

Lovely flat in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from the centre of Cannes. Flat is spotless and full of the creature comforts required for an enjoyable stay in Cannes. Excellent host, responsive and proactive and very friendly. The off road parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment June 2025. The view from the balcony was spectacular, both morning and night. We were also very lucky to see two dolphins swimming nearby on a couple of mornings. The apartment is very well equipped and the residence itself was super with both a pool (and pool house) and lovely private beach. Pierre was a great host and always responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely come back to this apartment and the residence.

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

We had a great time at Stephane's, the apartment is sublime, located , in a green setting, with high-end services. Super quiet ideal for a good rest after a day of getaway. Ideally located, you are a short drive from downtown Saint Raphael . We stayed a little week and took the coastal road to get to Nice and Monaco , what a pleasure , breathtaking landscapes, there is no to say the Var is the most beautiful department in France 😍😍 We warmly thank Stéphane for the quality of our exchanges and the kindness accorded to our two four-legged companions who accompany us during our holiday. We'll be happy to come back to Stéphane's place to enjoy the beautiful pool 👍

Very friendly host who welcomes you upon arrival, the accommodation is consistent with the photos, the presence of a parking lot on site is a real plus, the pool too. I recommend it!
