Cabin holiday rentals in Monroe

This place is a hidden gem! Our wonderful host Morgan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and we had everything we could need. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful hospitality!!

Stayed here with some buddies while visiting for an event we go to every year in the area. The hot tub is a nice touch, and a great way to relax at the end of a long day. It was awesome having horses and being able to pet them and feed them carrots (not too many). Very peaceful place, and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend there! We will definitely be back next year!

The cabin was beautifully kept, very spacious. Kids enjoyed the game room. We went on a hike, and lit the bonfire. Our stay was one for the books. Thanks for having us.

We stayed for just two nights, but at least 6 hours was spent just sitting out by the river. so peaceful and beautiful.

If you appreciate rustic history this is the place for you. The updating and modernization was just enough to be completely comfortable but also appreciate how old the house was that we were staying in. Yvonne was great and stayed in contact with us in case we had an issue finding the property (which we did not), and even had some bread from a local bakery waiting for us. The place was close enough town to enjoy all that Athens has to offer but also be able to enjoy the quiet Georgia countryside.

Simply beautiful place , just as the pictures described super clean & the host provided everything we needed was there from food seasonings, cooking utensils, coffee maker, to cleaness, comfortable beds , washer & dryer, beautiful scenery, lots of parking, great friendly hospitality from our host, they made sure we were good , my sibblings & i got a chance to surprise my brother which we had seen in yrs, thanks again for everything we will definitely come back again , again my family said Thanks, We pray God will continue to bless

This cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It was very peaceful and private.

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

We had a wonderful stay!! This place is absolutely beautiful right on the river with amazing views from inside and out. Lovely, huge covered porch with bed swings, extra large picnic tables, swing, ping pong table, rocking chairs and fabulous outdoor kitchen! Lots of games inside as well with lots of seating. We will definitely stay again!!

This is a beautiful property. The grounds were very well kept and the home was spacious. One tiny detail was the bedroom listed with three single beds did not disclose that one of them was a roll-away bed. But other than that, everything was great. The kitchen had everything needed for our weekend stay. I would certainly stay here again should I have the opportunity. The fans on the porch were very nice as well. The walk down to the lake was easy and just as described.

We had a great stay at Raul’s cabin. It was better than we expected. Would definitely recommend it.

The bnb was accurate, well taken care of, clean, and lovely to stay at. Queen Ashley was responsive to my emergent questions.

This is a great location to get away without being super secluded. There’s plenty of surrounding things to get to without having to travel too far out. The property is well put together and I really enjoyed the fireplaces! It’s exactly as described in the listing. A very quaint wooden cabin with a lovely decorative aesthetic. I’d recommend this space to anyone looking for something like this in the Stone Mountain area!!

The place was a great quiet cabin with a giant warm pool and diving board. Everything was clean this place was exactly as described. Vivian was polite and helped me with air fryer that had a bad handle.. she brought a new one right away. We all enjoyed seeing the donkeys. I read reviews that weren’t to nice however people need to consider it’s a cabin theme county setting in the woods with bugs.. I would rent again the beds are soft and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. There are plenty of towels . I washed a lot while I was there bc I didn’t want them sitting ( my choice) there was 8 of us swimming and using showers hopefully will get to revisit thanks for the memories

This home was a perfect location for our stay during the Super Bowl weekend. I had two friends with me and each of us had our own bedroom with a comfortable bed. Gail could not have been more responsive and she gave us some very helpful local tips. The neighborhood is residential but it is a short Uber ride away from many favorite restaurants and bars in the Virginia Highlands and five points area’s. The history behind the home is also very cool. We had a fantastic weekend in Atlanta.

We felt right at home upon entering the property and the home. It is so beautiful and cozy. We all loved the pool table and theater room in the basement, along with the screened in porch and beautiful front porch. I cant say anything negative about the property or home. We absolutely loved it. Nisreen answered all questions beforehand, and sent all of the needed information ahead of time. We will be booking this home again for our future visits to the area. Great home and great host!
