super nice host, friendly, picked us up at the harbor and showed us around:) very good suggestions for your island stay. closely situated to everything by foot but out of the way enough to be nice and quiet at night :) room is exactly as depicted in pictures, bed comfy, bathroom nice and clean, the place is nice and cool even in hot summer days. happy to recommend !

We had a fantastic stay at Evgenia’s place in Spetses! From the moment we booked, communication was seamless! Both Evgenua and her husband were incredibly responsive and helpful. They were flexible with our plans and full of great tips and recommendations that made our visit even better. The space itself is perfect for two people — super cute, clean, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the port, just a 4-minute walk from where the boat drops you off. It’s ideally situated between the island’s bars on one side and most restaurants on the other, so everything is close and easy to access. We recommend it 100%! I have only good words to say about our experience. Ria is a wonderful, warm person. Really helpful, she does everything she can to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Without having the obligation to do so, he helped us with our transportation to and from the port so that we would not be bothered with the luggage. She welcomed us with treats in the fridge and on the kitchen counter. Her presence was very discreet, but whenever we needed help or suggestions for the island, she was more than willing. The apartment is beautiful, decorated with special elegance and spotless. There is literally everything - we did not miss anything. It's very comfortable for two people. The outdoor areas are also very well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. The distances to Dapia and the Old Port are around 10, at most 15 minutes on foot, depending on the speed of each. I recommend it without the slightest reservation. Ria, see you again!
