There is a fireplace, dining room and convenient patio with sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor patio The home is newly remodeled with wood floors and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Each bedroom has a large smart TV for your enjoyment! The living room has a 65 in smart TV and there is also an under the counter TV in the kitchen. We also have a queen size electric airbed with extra pillows & linens.

One king size bedroom (2 air mattresses) (sheets supplied), large full bathroom with deep tub w/ handle (towels supplied), full kitchen (dishes, pots and pans ect supplied) private covered parking and yard (directly in front of cottage) w/ its own fire pit for enjoyment. In a beautiful quiet farm area, this recently remodeled apartment is located over the coach house of a 15 acre open farm. It is within a 15 minute drive from Frankfort, IL. A quaint town with old town shopping and a Mariano's and Jewel Osco. There are 65 trees on the property along with plenty of wide open areas.
