Waterfront holiday rentals in Mohawk River

It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

We had a great weekend at Alexandra’s place. She was super communicative and helpful. The place is beautiful and comfortable with a lot of extra touches. It was a great spot for cross country skiing at Lapland Lake Center. We will definitely stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The highlight was definitely the porch – we spent hours there listening to the birds singing and the gentle sound of the creek. It’s incredibly peaceful and restorative. The space itself is beautifully designed with clean Scandinavian aesthetics that feel both modern and cozy. Everything was immaculately clean, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the small collection of books that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect for nature lovers. There’s a short walk to a creekside trail that’s accessible for all fitness levels – we enjoyed it multiple times during our stay. Our host provided excellent local recommendations that really enhanced our visit. Having the diner downstairs was such a convenience and made our mornings effortless. Great food and no need to venture far for a delicious breakfast. Our host was responsive and clearly cares about providing a top-notch experience.

Liz is such a lovely host and her place is welcoming and cozy with all of the extra touches. I extended my stay for a month and had everything I needed for my things and cooking meals. I felt right at home and highly recommend!

The people I met were very helpful. The communications were very good. The room was quite useful. It's a big advantage to have your own bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Jemmas place was absolutely beautiful, the nature and the animals are so lovely, everyone on the farm is good people, very lovely over all would recommend!

Rick was a welcoming host. Space was what we thought it would be. Stairs were a non issue after first couple trips, I’m 6’2”. Rick was very nice, as was his family and dog Lily. We enjoyed our stay and were glad we didn’t share a house with other families, which didn’t work out well for them. We’d stay at Rick’s apartment again if we ever went back to Cooperstown. Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

Our team had an incredible stay for our Staff Workshop! The house was absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect setting for a productive and relaxing retreat. Beautiful, lakefront home! All the amenities you would ever expect and more. Allie proactively communicated and the instructions were clear and informative. My family and I especially enjoyed all the outdoor areas-- the porch, fireplace and lake front.

Hands down-best rental experience I’ve ever had! If I could give Amy “6” stars in all the categories I would have. From the moment I reached out to her to ask questions about the rental through our stay, she was so responsive, reached out ahead of time when she knew something did or did not meet our criteria-which indicates how much she pays attention to her guests’ wishes-and was so kind throughout! The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished and full of love. From the moment you pull into the driveway you can tell how much care Amy takes in this house and providing a wonderful experience for her guests.
