Gill's place has a very homely feel. It was very easy to find, really comfortable and lovely and clean. Just what we needed for a bank holiday weekend. Gill provided a lovely stock of groceries including fruit, bread, butter, milk and marmalade. she was very friendly and helpful in her messages as well.

We loved our stay at the Pavilion and enjoyed our morning walks around the lakes. Mike & Emily were super friendly and easy to approach and we felt right at home. We much appreciated the personal touches and everything was well presented, thoughtful, and squeaky clean. Thank you Mike & Emily, we hope to come back one day.

My husband and I had a wonderful few days here. Jane was friendly, commonicative and a great host. The accomodation was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous little garden to sit in. We appreciated the hot-cross buns, wine and all the amenities. Always helpful to have parking on site with some lovely places to visit nearby. Thank you so much!

Amanda' s house is lovely. Spotlessly clean on arrival. The standard double beds are comfortable. The decor is tasteful and uncluttered. The lounge is quite large and the sofa is excellent. The kitchen has all the amenities we required. The dishwasher is simple to use. Amanda's instructions to enter and exit the house were clear and concise. Although the railway line is nearby, you could only hear it if the windows were open and even then, it wasn't loud. It's an easy 5 min walk into Sandy itself. If the weather had been better, we would have enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The bathroom was great with a good shower with plenty of hot water. There is space in front of the house for 2 medium cars. Any queries we had, Amanda answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose.
