Alexis was very responsive and provided clear instructions for checkin. Very flexible as well. Her place is closer to town and easily accessible.

Too many things to mention so I’ll get straight to the point: -Location is great, view of the river from patio. Looks exactly like the pictures -Yes you can see hippos from your balcony, yes its 100% safe -Wi-Fi is fast and works -There is a designated braai/BBQ space -Really peaceful, great for get-away in nature -I’ve been to so many airbnbs, this one is my favorite!

Clive is such a gem of a host, and was more than accommodating. He gave us ideas to do on Saturday to get out, we went to see his wedding venue on the property which was amazing. And he made us an amazing supper on Saturday night, and the breakfasts were just as delicious. We are definitely going to use Clive's place again.

Lovely spot with beautiful views and very clean. The owner did warn us about the road, we stayed at Lekkerbos for a wedding at Minas wedding venue and although it was only 8km away the road was really tricky, definitely not great for driving at night. Lekkerbos is awesome for a quiet getaway but probably not practical for late night driving or exploring the area unless you are a very comfortable 4x4 driver.
