Family-friendly holiday rentals in Moab

Really great place with perfect evening views. Loved the hot tub every night after our days of visiting the National Parks. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. Thanks.

The house was large and well equipped with everything we could have thought we would need! It was more spacious than the pictures make it out to be. Any questions we had were answered immediately and when we needed a few more towels, they delivered them to us almost immediately. We will def come back!

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

Love Moab- everything was as described. Would come again!

A great place to stay definitely coming back!

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

Dale and Jo-Anne made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. They provided recommendations for places to visit and were available to provide additional help. Their home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware which allowed us to cook during our stay. The location was good since it is close to town to go out and eat/buy groceries, etc. I would recommend their place without hesitation based on our flawless experience. Hope to go back to Moab in the future and stay here again.

Great place to stay in Moab for our group of 7. My kids particularly enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. Everything was clean and Sarah was responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

if you are looking for a true adventure and off the beaten path experience, Tom's place is perfect. it is stunning in its location, great cabin style amenities. so quiet you can hear yourself think. the "road" in is rough, personally I would only do it in a 4 wheel drive with clearance. but again, worth every bump on the almost hour drive up hurrah pass. it's not fancy, it's not all new, it's like going to your buddies hunting cabin. But the view is stunning and beyond anything you can find elsewhere. Take lots of food, drinks and water for drinking.

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

We loved the scenic view, and quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen and great to have the garage and one level accommodation. Andrea was consistently good at communicating and giving lots of good information on things to do, in the area.

Exactly as described. Easy check in, easy checkout. Quiet neighborhood and easy to work from the location for part of the day and get out and see the parks and the sites in the evening.

This place is absolutely stunning and very easy to walk to restaurants. This place had a lot of amenities such as laundry detergents and dishwasher. Also a lot of towels. Very clean amazing place highly recommended!!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Place was very clean and truly felt like a home. I only wish I would’ve stayed longer! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Wendy was fantastic to work with. I came out for the Thelma Louise big race in Moab. My husband and I were coming from the front range and weren’t sure how we would figure out camping. Wendie worked with us every step of the way with campsite suggestions and was so responsive. We had a marvelous time and the teardrop had everything we needed and more. There was so much wind this weekend in Moab that we didn’t use it as much as we could’ve but just know there’s a whole set up and Wendy comes and lays out carpets, chairs, bucket, etc. we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was spacious and very well appointed. The garage was perfect for storing our mountain bikes and truck after off roading. The bedrooms and linens were clean and comfortable. We used the front patio each night to stargaze. The provided outdoor grill was fantastic as well. We were located just minutes from town and trails in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with plenty of untensis and cooking needs. Overall we had an excellent stay here, with a very responsive host. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This place was well worth it and very nice. Host was very responsive and proactive. We were there to do hikes and ice and water are essential. The refrigerator did not cooperate and the host had someone try to come fix it and gave a small refund for the trouble. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a family vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Moab and a great base for adventuring in the area. Host was responsive and made everything easy.

Beautiful, comfortable condo with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the patio was a good place to hang out on a nice evening. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 3 couples! Thanks, Benny!

Our stay in Moab at Carol's house was better than expected. Before arriving I was concerned about parking the trailer but there was plenty of room on the road just outside the house with easy access. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day out on the trail. I appreciated the use of the grill on the patio. Thanks again Carol for hosting my family.

What is nice place. Chad’s place is very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and visited Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. Plenty of good restaurants and things to do. I would recommend it to everyone and would book it again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a family getaway. The unit itself was cozy and felt just like home, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Right outside our door was a spacious area where the kids could run around freely, plus a beautiful little stream that added such a nice touch to the setting. The pool and hot tub area was stunning, nestled against a backdrop of majestic rocks! Moab in our backyard! Our kids had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We already can’t wait to come back next year

Brittany’s place was a welcoming place. The kitchen was well equipped. Great use of space which allowed for a big family without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location was far enough away to have a peaceful stay but close enough to drive in and enjoy the town within 10 minutes. Note: our GPS did not locate the condo for us. It steered us off a bit. I should have followed Brittany’s written instructions which we finally did and all was good. Having a garage was a huge help as was the washer and dryer. We hiked and enjoyed off-roading the entire week and Brittany’s place was the perfect refuge for recovery from a full day of activity. Communication with Brittany went smoothly. Easy check out. The TV in the livingroom area worked just fine. We never used the bedroom TVs because we were so tired each night all we wanted to do was sleep. Yes, the mattresses were comfortable: not soft or too firm for us. We would definitely rent, again, with a group of 4 or more.

It was perfect for our family. This condo is right beside the pool, which was nice. It was quiet when we were there, even at night.. great star gazing too! We utilized the patio too which was great for lounging in the sun!
