Holiday rentals with a patio in Moab

Very convenient to downtown Moab. We walked to many restaurants and shops, which was perfect because parking is sparse downtown. Clean and modern accommodations. Very responsive host! Blackout shades would have been the icing on the cake but we slept well regardless!

My wife and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs in several states over the past few years and this is the absolute best! Check in was very easy. We simply checked in at the hotel check in desk and received our keys. There were no codes or instructions. The condo was immaculate! Every aspect was clean and tidy. The appliances were all very new and of up-graded quality. The dishes, glasses, cups and flatware are all of the highest quality and there was more than enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. And an added bonus was the air hockey table! If you are traveling to Moab to go to Arches and Canyonlands, the location is perfect. It’s only five minutes to Arches and forty minutes to Canyonlands. Joy is a great host! She was very responsive and always positive. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

This spot was in a great location- close to lots of restaurants and things to do in Moab. Everything inside was very comfortable and worked well for a group of 3 people.

Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Clean and comfortable place. Both bedroom have ensuite bathrooms and there is even a half-bath downstairs.

Enjoyed my stay at the Moab resort. Great location and close to Arches national park. The restaurants are only a 5 min drive and there’s also a restaurant on site. Love that the room has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Front desk staff were very friendly and pool area is nice. Would stay here again if I visit Moab in the future.

We had a lovely time. The house served as a great home base for our Spring Break vacation with 4 kids. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We had a great time watching the Moab specific DVDs that were left to unwind in the evening.

We got married at a venue nearby and we are SO happy we stayed here. It was spotless, roomy, and there are so many windows that let natural light in (which we love), with a stunning view in the background. Super easy and quick drive to the downtown area but still far enough away where it’s away from the commotion. 10/10 recommend staying here. I hope other guests take care of this place when they stay because it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Shawn also was very responsive when we needed anything. Plus he was flexible with the checkout. Thank you Shawn!!

This stay was amazing. Marika was super nice and thoughtful and answered immediately any time we needed something. The location is perfect to explore Arches National Park, just 30mins from the main arches. Less than 10mins from Moab, which makes it quiet but really close to visit town or buy whatever you need. The house was very clean and comfy. We would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Austin’s place. Near by to Archie’s and canyon lands.

We stayed for two nights with our dog. It took a minute to find (it is in the very back of the property) but check in was super easy. The home was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our short stay. We didn't end up cooking while we were there so not sure how that might have been. The property is amongst other Airbnb's, from tent sites to tiny homes to RV parking. So if you are looking for distance from people, this might not be it - but for what we needed, it checked off all of the boxes.

The house is a great basecamp for all the area has to offer. About 20 minutes to The Arches gate, about 55 minutes to the Canyonlands gate at islands in the sky. Just a few minutes to downtown Moab. The pool was great, the kids loved the slide and the house was incredibly clean. The neighborhood seems newer and there are several homes under construction but not noisy with work when we were there. One note, the larger master bedroom and the kids bedroom get very hot in the morning in the summer when the sun hits then. Make sure the blackout shades are down.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

Perfect home base for a week of rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and climbing. Property was as described and was quite comfortable for a group of 5. Wi-fi a bit spotty on the second floor, but that's a minor quibble. Go out and enjoy Moab!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! So clean and spacious for our family of 7. We would definitely stay there again! It was very close to Mild to Wild tours and super close to the Arches National Park which was great for us visiting early in the day and then having the opportunity to go back at sunset!

Convenient and a great space for our friend getaway to Moab!

We had a lovely stay at the house. It’s very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything for cooking including grilling. Cleaning items (laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher detergent) are included. Easy drive to town and access to Arches and Canyonlands. The hot tub was clean and we found the host to be very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay. These seem to be pretty new homes and they are spotless. The pool was a nice to have with the kids after a long day our in the heat. Deyette was friendly and responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, my family was saying, "WOW!! "This place is GREAT!" Look at the mountains! Check out how much silverware there is! (said the mom!) Man, the couch is so comfy! (said the dad!) -- and on and on! Heidi's place is a TREAT! Absolutely every need was met -- from a well-supplied kitchen, a large enough dining table for all eight of us, a whisper quiet dishwasher, a full bath on the first floor and two on the second floor, one of which is a luxurious master bath (so lovely that everyone wanted to share!). Also upstairs is a very nicely supplied laundry room -- and a surprise upstairs balcony! There are BIKES and a COOLER that saved the day for us in the garage and, did I mention -- beautiful views from every window. The dad thought the window over the master tub was actually a painting at first! Nope -- just a GORGEOUS view. This location is PERFECT -- I'm sure it is the best in town. I can't rave enough about this beautiful home. If it's available -- GRAB IT!!
