Ed's place was very nice. The kids liked the huge TV in the living room to watch the BB playoffs. The kitchen is well stocked. He has everything you need for a comfortable night sleep. It was safe, welcoming and he was very kind.

Kristin walked me through each step of the way, which was so helpful as I am a first time user of Air b&b. Her beautiful home was comfortable and well suppled with everything we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated the space upstairs for our teenage granddaughters to play board games and relax. The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

House was very nice and host was awesome! We had an issue with the hot tub and as soon as we reached out to her, she was able to get the repair people out and have it fixed and up and running within the day. House was clean and just like described. Very nice area. Neighbors were quit and never even heard them. Wonderful experience! Will come back!

Great weekend in Moab at Mikes place. Great location- about a mile walk to downtown, great place for families. Would stay again!

Dale and Jo-Anne made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. They provided recommendations for places to visit and were available to provide additional help. Their home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware which allowed us to cook during our stay. The location was good since it is close to town to go out and eat/buy groceries, etc. I would recommend their place without hesitation based on our flawless experience. Hope to go back to Moab in the future and stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a family getaway. The unit itself was cozy and felt just like home, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Right outside our door was a spacious area where the kids could run around freely, plus a beautiful little stream that added such a nice touch to the setting. The pool and hot tub area was stunning, nestled against a backdrop of majestic rocks! Moab in our backyard! Our kids had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We already can’t wait to come back next year

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party. The location is super convenient, not far from Arches National Park and many off road trails. I’d say this is one of the cleaner Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Garage is super convenient, pools is nice, bathrooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, and they include a binder with all sorts of local recommendations.

Exactly as described. Easy check in, easy checkout. Quiet neighborhood and easy to work from the location for part of the day and get out and see the parks and the sites in the evening.

My girlfriend, dog, and parents all stayed here for 5 days of adventure. The place was clean, big, and in a great location. We walked to the main street several times for the restaurants and shopping. We looked through the guestbook to discover some new places to check out, including a perfect place to take the dog to swim and cool off from the heat. Thanks everyone!

What a great way to camp out in the back country of Moab, UT! Was a great way to stay close to the bike trails and enjoy some hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse on the east side of Moab, just minutes from Spanish Trails Arena. I stayed with my husband Darryl and our two pups, Chewie and Alastair, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base! The townhouse was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. We loved having a private garage for our UTV, Mayhem, and the private deck off the master bedroom was a peaceful spot to relax in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located—close to town but tucked away enough to feel like a true getaway. We had an amazing time riding Mayhem at Poison Spider and Hell’s Revenge—definitely a thrill! And an afternoon exploring Arches National Park was nothing short of breathtaking. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Moab—it’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and adventure!

This place was well worth it and very nice. Host was very responsive and proactive. We were there to do hikes and ice and water are essential. The refrigerator did not cooperate and the host had someone try to come fix it and gave a small refund for the trouble. We would definitely stay there again!

About 10 minutes from Arches (except for the lines, don't forget to get your reservations) and about 45 minutes to Canyonlands. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a modern kitchen and cozy furnishings. I agree with another reviewer, if you plan to cook bring spices, but you will have plenty of appliances, utensils and dishes. Despite being near a busy road, the unit was pretty quiet. Cleanup was a breeze in that all we had to do was put everything in the dishwasher. We’d stay again without hesitation.

Great place for a family vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Moab and a great base for adventuring in the area. Host was responsive and made everything easy.

We enjoyed out stay at Benny's condo and being in Moab. The unit was clean and bedrooms spacious. The few needs we had were taken care of right away. Through no fault of the owners, we just happened to have two groups in the adjacent condos on both sides that were pretty noisy. Was a bit of an impact in the unit but made being out on the back patio an unpleasant experience. But, we were gone every day so the negative impact was minimal. Would recommend the unit for sure but if we returned would likely try to find a place that was a little more private.

Our stay in Moab at Carol's house was better than expected. Before arriving I was concerned about parking the trailer but there was plenty of room on the road just outside the house with easy access. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day out on the trail. I appreciated the use of the grill on the patio. Thanks again Carol for hosting my family.

The location was very good for our trip to Arches. the description of the rental was accurate. i did read the reviews and the description of the rental.And I do not remember seeing anything about it being up on the third floor with no elevator. Just an FYI for those of us with bad knees, and to be honest, I may have just missed it in the description. I did have difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub were very nice and you will need to ask Chad for the gate code to get into that area. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A nice stay for the money and plenty of room.

Location was great.. a little out of town but away from noise. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had everything. It would have been nice to have a remote for the garage— we parked there when we came back in the afternoon—out of the sun. Directions to condo somewhat confusing. Had some initial issues with the tv remotes. Vacasa was very very responsive. Really enjoyed the place!!!

Nice clean condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Second floor location was convenient. Moab isn’t big so the location south of town means a ten minute drive in for groceries and restaurants. Only two complaints: Road, AC and neighbor noise was a little louder than expected and the sheets in the main bedroom were a bit thread bare though not unusable. Everything else was in great shape and relatively new. We were only there a few nights but the pool and hot tub looked well maintained and active though not over crowded.
