Monthly Rentals in Miyamae Ward

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Satomi’s Airbnb. The location was perfect - set in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet was just a short and easy walk to the train station and convenience stores, which made getting around and grabbing essentials effortless. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a longer stay: a functional kitchen, strong shower pressure, laundry facilities, and very comfortable futons. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with Satomi was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, well-located place to stay in Japan.

Great well managed place, a real authentic Japanese apartment close to the station, in a cute local neighbourhood.

It was a very nice place. It's close to Jihicheul Station, and there are many grocery stores and places to eat near the station. Sohei was very kind and explained in detail at check-in. Flexible check-in was possible, and it was especially useful to have a washing machine. The bathroom was also so nice. Personally, I have a dust allergy, so it's very difficult when the cleanliness is poor, but I was grateful that Sohei's house looked a little old, but it was very clean. I had a good stay with the little kids. Best,

Exciting rustic accommodation in a non-touristy residential area. On a building right next door you can always visit the roof terrace, where there is a lot of seating and a beautiful wide view. From the property you are in Shinjuku within 40 minutes. A few grocery stores are also within walking distance. Kaz is a very friendly and open host.
