Monthly Rentals in Mitikas

Our stay was wonderful the house provides all the comforts is one step from the city of Preveza and from wonderful beaches in the evening the absolute quietness and the area of Mytikas has everything from restaurants to bars bakeries pharmacies etc. The house is spotless and very hospitable hosts provided everything and we didn't miss anything. For grilling enthusiasts the grill and patio will delight them. A big thank you to Laurence and her family, we will be very happy to spend our holidays again in this wonderful place .

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. We just spent a month in this lovely house and everything was perfect. The house is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac where no cars pass and above all has a beautiful garden not overlooked where you can only hear the gentle birdsong. The house is clean, well equipped and we did not lack anything, the owner often asked us if everything was going well and was even pro active by bringing us a hammock to enjoy the sunny days on the terrace. The place is located a few minutes walk from the beach, a convenience store and restaurants. Everything for a very nice stay near the beach in this pretty region of Greece
