House holiday rentals in Minneapolis

This is our 2nd time at Harmala’s place. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Harmala responded quickly when one of the remote controls to the tv needed batteries. The pool was perfect as usual. There was a van and blue car that came by daily to work in the field and tend to the chickens but they did not interfere with our stay at all. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our next trip here.

Peaceful neighborhood, some noise heard from where host lives upstairs (just FYI in case this would be a factor for guests). Hospitable host with local recommendations. He informed us that the last guests had an accident with the ping pong table so that was not available but we enjoyed the pool table & hot tub. He also informed us that the pizza oven takes about 3 hrs to prep & 2 bundles of wood & is best for bulk pizza making. The master suite has a beautiful view of the backyard with water features. The o redhead fairy lights outside are a plus in the evening. Overall, a positive experience with Eric. I frequent Airbnb’s and would recommend this one.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. The house was exactly like the pictures. The host was responsive and helpful from start to finish. My group really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a perfect place for a getaway!! Would definitely recommend!

This home is gorgeous, clean, and spacious. There are so many fun things to do within the space with the arcade games, the pool, and hot tubs. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality tools and gadgets. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and responsive. Our group had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

The pool was a huge hit for us! Stayed by the water for three days, nice deck area that had a covered seating area. The backyard felt very private, hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Very spacious in the house, large rooms and bathrooms. Would defiantly stay again!!

Sunset Shores is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had found something special. The home is beautifully updated with a clean, modern design that still manages to feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. Every detail has been so thoughtfully considered — it’s clear that Sarah, the hosts, take great pride in offering an exceptional guest experience. The location was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but right on the Mississippi River, it offered the perfect balance of privacy and natural beauty. It was truly lovely to sit out on the deck or in the three-season porch and watch the river go by. The calming sound of the water and the serene surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. I do not have enough space here to write everything I want about how wonderful this home was but I will just say Sarah the host was amazing to work with the houses and location are beautiful and I look very much forward to a future stay here.

What a lovely time I had in Minneapolis at Andrew's place! So handy to have Cub grocery store a block away... thanks for the amenities and comfort - all great!

Michael and Sandra’s place was perfect and exactly what I was looking for to work remote from and to explore Minneapolis! It’s on a quiet street and nearby to great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops! The place was spotless and comfortable with a full kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend!

This well-equipped home is the perfect base for exploring Minneapolis. It's convenient to lots of activities and restaurants, but a tranquil spot to relax with plenty of space both inside and outside. Highly recommend.

wonderful stay! The house was in great condition and perfect for the needs of our family. We appreciated the pack and play and high chair available. the neighborhood is wonderful and we enjoyed walking to Lake Harriet most days. Only downside is there is no yard, but we were able to spend our time walking to the lake pavilion or a local park which kept our toddler occupied.

I am pleased to take this opportunity to review my two weeks stay. They were six adults, and we found the space to be very accommodating. The house was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. To say it was well stocked would be an understatement. The hosts thought of everything! The layout of the house was very convenient, so helpful when there is luggage! It is one level with large doors. The beds were so comfortable that we are hoping to purchase the same mattresses. Before my stay, I was concerned about the noise level seeing that the house is very close to the airport. However, my worry was unfounded. That is not to say the sounds of planes taking off and landing were unheard. But the noise level was within tolerance, and the hosts were proactive, providing earplugs and white noise fans. I look forward to my next visit to Lake Nokomis and this lovely Airbnb.

We had a good three-night stay at Cecilia’s place. Communication was great, and Cecilia even arranged for us to check in early. Everything was as described.

We stayed here two nights on our way north to Bemidji and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is unusual to find a place that comes with a fantastic feline. Rey was a warm and gracious host and her humans were kind and thoughtful. I had never stayed in someone’s home that was not purely for Airbnb use. I found it interesting and welcoming, like staying at an idiosyncratic relatives home who leaves lots of little memos around for guidance. Thank you for having us, it was truly memorable!

It was a beautiful space & very spacious as well! It felt much bigger than what the photos even looked like. Everything was super easy to use, it’s a very safe and beautiful neighborhood and great location, you are so close to everything with a max 15 mins. Mycah was so friendly & checked in on us every day to make sure we were taken care of, she was a great host & we definitely want to come back here again!!

Worked great for our family with 2 littles. Neighborhood seemed safe and was centrally-located to easily get to other areas of the Cities for our adventures. House was perfect - clean, comfortable and styled amazingly. Would be perfect for a long-term rental too! We appreciated all of the cozy details and clean ingredient/environmentally friendly products stocked throughout the space. Katie was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous place with walking trails by the river right across the street. Very cozy bed and linens. Well stocked kitchen and welcome snacks- always a nice touch. Perfect for two as there is only one bathroom. In nice weather we would have enjoyed the beautiful deck and yard. Hosts are delightful and great communicators.

Very clean, nicely furnished space with all you could want for a comfortable stay.

Trung is extremely responsive. The house was exactly as pictured. Plenty of parking on the street (and no need to parallel park). I stayed for almost two weeks with no issues. Just a heads up for Summer 2025 - the apartment next door is under construction but both the property manager and the construction workers were very kind and mindful not to make noise before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m. Also, for those of us with dogs, Trung prefers them not to be on the furniture (at least the bed) so plan accordingly. Also the washer is a single load washer (think a few shirts at a time, or one bath towel at a time max) so plan accordingly for longer stays. The unit was fairly clean but definitely noticed a few things that could have been cleaner. Finally the backyard is shared with the other airbnb. Trung warned me before another dog came to stay one weekend but just keep that in mind if it matters to you (it didn't to us). Overall great host.

Fantastic place to stay when in Minneapolis! The home is as pictured with fun details around every corner. Beyond that, it was very comfortable and included all amenities as described. Off street parking is a bonus and the neighborhood is great for walking to many restaurants and entertainment alike. The host was proactive and provided detailed information and suggestions for what to check out in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great little house to stay in for a few days! Basement bathroom could have been a little nicer. But everything else was perfect. Would stay here again if I make it back to Minnesota!
