Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Minneapolis

Nice spot in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to a few restaurants/bars nearby but is outside of the downtown core. Would stay again.

The incredible location of this Airbnb truly made my staycation! Being within walking distance of so many award-winning restaurants and bars, including some with James Beard-recognized chefs, made for an amazing weekend! The variety and quality of food and drink options within walking distance is a major draw, even if you don't consider yourself a “foodie.” The home itself was spotless, stylish, and had a great vibe. It would also be a fantastic work-from-home spot thanks to its comfortable setup and atmosphere. Whether I'm looking for a weekend of fun or a productive escape, I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the location of the home! It is close to restaurants and Super Target. The neighborhood is very quiet with mature trees. The home was clean and exactly as described. The pool just opened the weekend we came to stay, so that was a plus. We were a bit bummed that there were no complimentary laundry pods or detergent, but we improvised. Would consider staying here again in the future.

I would happily stay here again! The location is great. Whether you’re working or vacationing downtown or headed to Mall of America, this place is easily accessible and a joy to be!

Great location, cute place, close to lakes, trails and coffee shops, with all amenities!

Air traffic noise may surprise guests. Neighbor on the right tends to creep around his yard. Not enough light in the bedroom to see things in the closet. Otherwise great little house and very well appointed.

This place was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I loved everything about it! The kitchen was fully stocked. If we wanted to buy groceries, cook, and make meals we could easily do that since the kitchen had everything. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. We slept wonderfully and did not want to get up. The main bathroom also came stocked with toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, feminine hygiene products, cotton balls, razors, and etc. If we had forgotten to pack a certain toiletry item, we were sure the bathroom had it! After a day of exploring and/or visiting family and friends, there was always abundant street parking. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. Overall, this is by far one of the best Airbnb we've stayed in! If we come back to MN, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful neighborhood with a quite and relaxing atmosphere. Not far at all from major attractions. Clean home.

Zachary is a great communicator. Instructions are clear. The apartment is spacious and the beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows and comforters. A couple of coffee and brunch places within walking distance but easy uber rides to many desirable places eg MSP airport, Allianz field, the Mississipi river, the mall of America etc...

Thomas was a great host, nice and clean place. It was really peaceful, can hear the bird chirping outside. Would recommend!

I enjoyed my visit at Beth's, stayed for a week and the bed was super comfortable! Great value, I highly recommend!

we had an unfortunate event happen but thankfully the neighbors and hosts were quick to help and help us solve our issue. great location, conveniently right between all the stadiums. deep bathtub with lots of hot water! comfortable bed with good pillows! coffee, pop, water and oatmeal provided!

What a wonderful apartment! It is spacious, beautifully and very peacefully decorated, tons of windows, and all of the amenities with thoughtful touches like phone chargers, extra towels, nice linens, and coffee/tea - a very soothing and comfortable space for my 2-night trip to Minneapolis, with space to work and space to stretch out and relax.

I would like to give this apartment a 5 for the clean, pleasant environment inside and out and good host communication. However, it was not quite as well equipped as I typically find in an airbnb and therefore a 4 for value.

The apartment was super cute, comfy and quiet. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Road construction was very easy to navigate with host’s instructions

The stay was in a greation location -- city centers for both Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as Mall of America were all 15 minutes or less. Easy street parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check-in/out process was simple and very easy. Inside was decorated nicely, and amenities were as described. Eileen and Steve communicated very well with us and were quick to respond / resolve any issues or questions we encountered.

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

We had a great stay! A little bump getting in at first, but the hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure that we made it in successfully and that there were no further issues!!

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

We had an excellent stay at Lisa's beautiful home! It is on the ground floor but there are some stairs to reach it (back door has 6 steps down), which Lisa kindly let me know prior to booking. The location is extremely convenient and quiet, the neighborhood seemed very safe and private as well. Lisa's home was pristine with plenty of supplies for cooking and plenty of places to sit and relax. The bed was super comfortable, on the softer side but still supportive and there were black out curtains in every room which let us sleep very well. The bathroom was spotless with soft towels and Lisa had very thoughtfully left some small amenities such as toothbrushes and make up wipes etc which was an extra kind touch. The decor was awesome with lots of books and art and Lisa had left little notes everywhere explaining how her home worked and also giving interesting information! I would stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much again Lisa!!

We took a few days off to explore the twin cities and used the Airbnb as our base. The hosts were wonderful and were very proactive to ensure we had a great stay. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, and also had all of the amenities we needed. Overall great place, great hosts! I would stay there again.

John's place is a great find in one of my all-time favorite neighborhoods — it's clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I'm sad that my stay was short, but look forward to booking again for a longer visit!
