We immediately loved our place. Serena's house is located on a very large property surrounded by beautiful trees, an exceptionally beautiful terrace with deck chairs, a large dining table and an oak tree that provides shade. The property is very well maintained and laid out with a lot of respect for nature. From the house you can start hiking directly, Serena's husband knows his way around and can give great hiking tips. If you drive only a few kilometers, you are already at an altitude of over 1000m. Even when it is very hot, you can go on great hikes from there in pleasant temperatures, which have always inspired us. The apartment, a former stable, has been designed with a lot of love and taste. We felt like at home from the first moment. Serena and Paolo are perfect hosts, always friendly, always available and helpful. We were there for 12 days and would have liked to stay longer. We'd love to come back. Thank you!!

Despite the fickle weather, we were able to enjoy the balcony! The apartment is nice and well arranged. The proximity to the beach and shops or restaurants is appreciated. Have a great sporting stay!

Matteo's place is exactly like the description. We felt like home and Matteo is an impeccable host. I'm sure we'll come back to it.

Roberto is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. It really is only a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 still open. Right next to the place there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear anything about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

House in the center of Riccione, a few steps from the sea. All the comforts that you usually don't expect in a vacation home are present. Really a lot of attention to detail and a strategic location. Super responsive host and ready to respond on every communication channel. We will return

You are right on the beach, which is great. At first glance, the area doesn't look inviting. There is no private parking, but there is actually enough space on the street. Check-in and key are all done via mobile phone.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

The flat is small but adequate for a couple. We found it exactly as it is described. The single air conditioning unit kept the flat cool in the warm evenings. The quiet and secure location is perfect from which to explore the wonderful historical sites of Ravenna. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat. Valentina always responded speedily to any questions that we had and made many great suggestions about food shops, restaurants and local sites. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

I can only recommend Jacopo's accommodation! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet environment. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We stayed in the apartment for a week with our five-year-old daughter. Marco proved to be a very kind, attentive and helpful host from the first contacts. We found the house fresh, clean, fragrant and equipped with everything you need. In particular, we appreciated the comfort of the sofa bed and the usefulness of the mosquito nets. Finally, the bicycles provided are very welcome. Apartment definitely recommended!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

Nice stay in Lido Adriano. Opposite the apartment is a bus stop, next to Caffetteria pasticceria Olivi with a wide choice of sandwiches and delicious coffee. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, for us handy that we could wash clothes and hang them to dry on the other balcony. Gina responds quickly to messages and gave clear instructions. Recommended!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Absolutely recommended - perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible.
