What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

It was very pleasant stay. We felt very welcomed when we arrived, premises were shown thoroughly. Views are immaculate over the valley all the way to Rimini and ocean. Great place to spend time and visit nearby places like Rimini and San Marino.

Amazing place to stay goth friends or family! Very cozy, lazy, fresh air, amazing view from each window! The interior and exterior is such a beauty and aestetic😍 Pinterest vibe all around! The kitchen is fully supplied, dish washer/washing mashing,two bathrooms,airon,fireplace and a lot of kids stuff too! We were travelling in April and it was a bit cold at night, because rooms are big. Very friendly family and cats:) Love this place!planing to go back one day for sure!

We stayed with my parents and our nine-year-old daughter at Stefania's place and had a great vacation! The house was perfect for us. It is equipped with everything and furnished with a lot of love for detail, we immediately felt comfortable. Most of all, because Stefania is such a warm and helpful host. She welcomed us with a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, and she also provided water and some for the kitchen and both bathrooms ( e.g. soap, shower room, etc.). We could reach her at any time and get great tips from her. Her loving and extraordinary manner is also reflected in the house and garden. We were already able to have some meals on the terrace and look at the sea from afar, even extra early for sunrise. The view is beautiful. Within walking distance there are great viewpoints and restaurants, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The location is fantastic!

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

Our stay was great. We were greeted warmly and even got a regional pastry at breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics like salt, coffee, water, and pleasant additions like beer, wine. The house is beautiful and sits on a large property with lots of trees. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the birds singing. The hosts took good care of us during the whole stay. They suggested visiting Verucchio and a local olive oil shop, which we also strongly recommend. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this unique villa! Francesca is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. She comes by every morning and evening to open/close the pool and water the garden – a small invasion of privacy, but brought with charm. The villa is spacious and comfortable: we were with the family, partners and children, and everyone had their own bathroom. The swimming pool (heated on request) is lockable with a fence – very nice and safe with small children. What you don't see anywhere else: really all walls are painted with 3D ornaments. No idea how it's possible, but it works! The garden is beautiful, a bit rolling, so please keep this in mind. In the area you can rent bikes, there is a lot to see and food can go from simple to super-de-luxe. In short: recommended! Francesca, thanks – the drone images are on their way!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We were a group of 32 with young to older childern. What a wonderfull stay. The Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She was always reachable and was always ready to help with questions or recommendations, writing often about interesting events, markets and towns to visit. She also gifted us 2 Evening meals which were both very tasty. The House was amazing, had everything we needed, was clean and had a lot of space. One could see that a lot of love and thought went into this house. The Location is beautiful, in a very small town in the hills of Toscany, 10 min from Pratovecchio which has a large grocery, petrolstation and smaller cafès. If you want to relax, enjoy the food, wine and countryside Toscany has to offer, this is the place for you. There is really nothing negative we can say about our stay there. The House and Hostess were amazing.

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

The pictures do not do this villa justice. Very beautiful and the whole villa and surrounding property is extremely well maintained and clean. I couldn't recommend this place enough. We went in June. If you were there in the hotter months, be aware that three of the bedrooms do not have airconditioning. That said, the walls of the house are thick and they do keep the rooms quite cool. I wouldn't pay to heat the pool as they cannot guarantee to get it above 26 C which it achieves if the day time temperature is 26 C. Overall, the hosts are attentive to any problems and resolve the same day. If you need a lovely villa for a large family, please try this property

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Our stay at Marco’s villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. Marco was always available, responsive, and very helpful—he made sure all our needs were met promptly and kindly. There were plenty of towels for the entire duration of our stay, the view was stunning, and the space was very generous—perfect for families. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was regularly filtered, making it both safe and enjoyable to use. We also loved the outdoor seating area, the sunshine throughout the day, and the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back in the future!

A wonderful place to relax! The friendly and helpful host made our stay very pleasant. The house is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. A perfect place for a quiet holiday and to enjoy the Italian nature. We will definitely be back!

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

Villa di Catarsena is an incredibly beautiful villa and Giorgio and Tania are wonderful, patient hosts. The photos do not do it justice - spectacular views, beautiful antique furnishings, blooming roses, and stunning en suite bedrooms. It was perfect for 12 people but you could certainly have fit more! We absolutely loved spending our days enjoying the villa, playing ping pong, hanging out with the dogs, swimming in the pool, making dinner and eating together in the outdoor space. Giorgio and Tania were very kind and generous hosts. We are a lively bunch in our late twenties and were very patient with us playing loud music in the evening. We really appreciated this, allowing us to feel relaxed to use the space. Tania also drove us to the car hire place when needed. This was a huge help to us - thank you! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable holiday - we would love to return if you would have us!

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!
