James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

We stayed at Cristiano’s apartment in Chelsea for a month and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better, close to great restaurants, subway access, and everything we needed during our stay in New York. Cristiano was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in and communication easy throughout. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the city.

I can’t begin to describe how much I loved my month-long stay at Leonid’s place!! He was so helpful, friendly and gave me heaps of recommendations that made my stay the best time ever. He also made sure my stay was smooth as it can be, allowing me to check in earlier, and always responsive to my questions. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and has heaps of storage space, all the amenities you need, and has a lot of natural light. More importantly as a woman travelling solo this spot was extremely safe, both the building and the neighbourhood. The neighbours are great and the Chelsea area is amazing - so much to do and just a 5-min walk to the nearest subway, but also walking distance to some great spots. I would gladly stay at Leonid’s again for my next trip to NYC!! Thank you again for such a great stay.
