Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Midtown Atlanta

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Tonya’s place is exactly as described. She pays attention to the small details which makes you feel at home. She is correct that your navigation system will not lead you to the complex. It may be easier to navigate to the Wholefoods on 14th in Midtown. I had to get accustomed to the app for parking but that’s all over Atlanta! Overall a great experience.

When we checked in the cleaning crew left a load of laundry in the dryer and left their backpack but was picked up quickly. Other than that the stay was smooth, instructions were clear and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Terrance did great at hosting. He suggested places to eat at while visiting and made sure everything was good each day!

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in while traveling. I felt absolutely at home in this space, to the point where I’d like to make it a go-to for Atlanta travel. Space is exactly as pictured.

Our family of seven, including an infant, was very content at the Red Door. There is a looong list of amenities that are provided, including many items for infants. We had zero issues, and it was a perfect spot for a wedding in downtown Decatur and visiting friends in midtown. Dom was always there to answer questions and was proactive with details. We enjoyed our visit.

This cozy, welcoming tiny house is full of charm and character. The spacious back porch is perfect for enjoying Atlanta’s beautiful mornings and relaxing evenings. The location is fantastic—just a short, easy walk to the Beltline and a variety of great restaurants. Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb in Atlanta was absolutely perfect for our wedding festivities! We booked it to host both the bridal party and our wonderful friends celebrating Pride, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how welcoming and beautifully appointed the space was. The layout was ideal for a group, offering plenty of comfortable common areas for us to gather, laugh, and make unforgettable memories, while also providing cozy private spaces for everyone to relax. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the ample amenities to the stylish decor, truly made us feel at home and pampered. The location in Atlanta was fantastic, making it easy for us to get to all our wedding events and also explore the vibrant city, especially enjoying the Pride celebrations. We are so incredibly grateful for the hospitality and the impeccable condition of the property. It truly provided the perfect backdrop for such a special time.

We had such a great time at Kimberly’s home! The layout of this location is very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened in patio with our newborn and enjoying quality time together while also being safe from all the mosquitoes! The location was perfect for us. We were 10-15 mins drive away from the Zoo, Aquarium, and the Botanical Gardens. In addition, the ATL beltline is right along the back of the home. We walked it several times to local coffee shops and eateries that were around 6-7 mins walking distance. It was really lovely. We had one issue upon arrival that we raised with Kimberly. She took the matter very seriously and had a great sense of urgency to provide us with a solution— and we really appreciated that so much! We highly recommend staying at this location. We definitely plan to return!

Nicci was amazing. Her place was exactly what we needed. The location was key being right by the Beltline. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Nicci was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

I had a wonderful stay with Thomas in this wonderful Airbnb. Thomas was an incredibly friendly host and made efforts to make sure I was having a pleasant stay, truly felt the southern hospitality. The Airbnb itself is a comfy condo and feels like home. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here again.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This is my second stay in this Airbnb and both were 10/10. Great stay, comfortable, clean and secure! Great hosts! Will be booking again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!

This place is by far the BEST! I came with my mother and 4 year old child for the weekend and it suit us perfectly. The downstairs staff are so friendly! I LOVE the security guard! I felt more safe here than at any hotel in ATL! Everything is walkable distance. And after a full day of exploring, the beds are so comfortable! And my child LOVED the screened in balcony! I will definitely be booking this place again! THANK YOU JOHN FOR OPENING THIS PLACE TO THE PUBLIC!! My birthday weekend was amazing! Cheers to 28 years!
