Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Midtown Atlanta

Overall, a really good experience. My family loved this house and left wishing it was ours. The place was easy to find and the communication from the owner was excellent. Flexible check-in/check-out without any issues. The house is simply gorgeous, with 3 bedroom and plenty of space and beds to accommodate even up to 10 people (with some creativity). There are games and other entertainment available. There is central A/C which keeps the house very cool. There is a patio out back with BBQ equipment and a huge backyard. The balcony in the upstairs bedroom is amazing, as is the master bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has multiple coffee machines and everything else you would ever need. Parking is not an issue and there are restaurants and supermarkets minutes away via car. If you can afford the price tag, you will simply love this house.

Great place to stay. The home is very nice. Plenty of room, and great porches for relaxing outside. Overall a very nice BnB and I will use it again if I’m in the area.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Traveled with a family of four including a 2.5 year old and 6.5 year old. Cathy and Jay reached out when we booked with a specific list of optional kid items which were all there upon our arrival. Most important of which were gates for the stairs. The house is beautiful inside and out. So much so that we were worried about our little one around the porcelain figurines in the kitchen and other high end touches. We were able to get everything out of his reach for the time of our stay. The property and area are gorgeous. It was lush when we visited, with blooming hydrangeas and large mature trees. It was raining off and on but we were able to sneak in one time using the firepit for S'mores. With all the rain when we visited there were lots of mosquitoes. This isn't a knock on the property... if anything there were less there then other places we visited. When we did raise and issue of some ants near the door, Jay came and took care of it while we were out doing activities.

great place, responsive attentive hosts that were very god communicators but also I had my privacy! It was a basement apartment so it felt like my own bat cave (which i loved). Great neighborhood. There are quirks and they are clear about those in the listing. would book again!

Had a great time staying at Laurie’s home. My family came down to Atlanta to visit my college roommate and this was a perfect place for us to stay. It was close to my roommate and was comfortable and safe. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. I especially loved the screened in porch, which was a great place to sit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

We loved Tina’s air bnb! It’s just minutes from the Beltline with so much to do! And the neighborhood is very walkable. The house was also very clean and having a washer and dryer was very handy!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is super clean, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. Hayley was always quick to respond and very accommodating. The Beltline and Ponce City Market is a quick walk away. I can't say enough great things about our stay this past week!

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit itself was amazing and as-advertised, but what really set it apart was the immense beauty of the back yard and pool area. Don’t bother buying a ticket to the Atlanta Botanical Garden—essentially an entire botanical garden is included with your stay!! My family came into town for a wedding on a Friday. We had all day Saturday free, and spent a big chunk of it just relaxing i the back yard by the pool. Dina was a great host! Would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this cozy little studio in Atlanta. It’s tucked away in a nice, quiet area, perfect for anyone looking to relax. The studio was clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind. Plenty of Parking on the side of the house. One of my favorite parts was the small balcony with pretty string lights that glow beautifully at night, it really added to the atmosphere. The space is compact but comfortable, ideal for solo travelers or couples who don’t need a lot of extra room.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in while traveling. I felt absolutely at home in this space, to the point where I’d like to make it a go-to for Atlanta travel. Space is exactly as pictured.

This place was great. It’s felt secluded and peaceful but still connected and close the city. Mary included so many extras including a s’mores kit, extra travel toiletries, bug spray and more. This was the perfect place the gather with friends for a fun weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here. Many great memories made here.

This place is a hidden gem! Our wonderful host Morgan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and we had everything we could need. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful hospitality!!

The cabin was beautifully kept, very spacious. Kids enjoyed the game room. We went on a hike, and lit the bonfire. Our stay was one for the books. Thanks for having us.

I rented this beautiful place for a getaway and for fun for my son’s graduation. My 82 year old parents traveled from out of state and stayed with us. Everyone absolutely loved this place and was mesmerized by its location and the atmosphere. We loved the frogs and crickets putting on a concert at night! I highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable place yet so much to do and never have to leave! We are going to make this our new family annual tradition staycation!!!!! Olive Homes is the best host ever!!!!!

This is a great location to get away without being super secluded. There’s plenty of surrounding things to get to without having to travel too far out. The property is well put together and I really enjoyed the fireplaces! It’s exactly as described in the listing. A very quaint wooden cabin with a lovely decorative aesthetic. I’d recommend this space to anyone looking for something like this in the Stone Mountain area!!

I was on a work/retreat trip and this place was exactly what I needed, great tiny home layout, and I really enjoyed the outside sitting area as well that made it feel like a relaxed retreat getaway. Very private and to itself with its own driveway, outdoor sitting area and even a pet area for dogs if needed, the bed is as comfortable and made it feel like your camping with how the roof layout was. Overall I had a great relaxed time there so thank you.
