Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Midtown Atlanta

This is hands down the best Airbnb I have EVER stayed at ! Jacksons Enterprise was so so friendly and helpful, I’ve never experienced a host as intentional and dedicated to making my stay as good as this one was. From pre-booking till checking out ! The extra care they provided me by giving me a whole case of water and electrolytes when I unfortunately fell sick to recommending where to eat, shop, catch transportation etc. I most definitely will stay here every time I visit Atlanta. The home is exactly as described, including the buildings amenities. It is perfectly situated near the top of midtown, about 3-5 minutes walk to the Art Centre Marta Station/Buses, 7 minutes walk to a Whole foods supermarket and a few cafes, and 15 minutes walk to the main midtown area which has many restaurants, bars etc. The area feels very safe and secure, I was able to walk to midtown late in the night without feeling like I had to watch my back. I highly recommend this place to anyone !

I recently had to stay for work and the apartment was very accommodating. I felt right at home! As someone coming from New York, with no car, the area was accessible to nearby restaurants and food markets, making this a convenient destination to call home! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend. Easy to find and enter. Clean apartment. Snacks and water and beverages were a nice treat.

Everything was great

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host was brilliant, especially when the tv stopped working they had a new one ordered and delivered within 2days! Were very accommodating when I added my partner to the booking a week or two before and gave me additional time to check out and make sure the apartment was as clean as I had left it. The area is lovely and it’s close to a lot more than I thought. Would definitely book again! ☺️☺️

Charming apartment, safe gated, quiet community. Pool is super close and looked nice but I did not use it. Great place for dogs lots of grass around

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Rene’s place was great! It was spacious, the beds were so comfortable and the house was beautiful and well appointed. If I had to mention one ‘complaint’ it would be the wood floors in the hall are creaky. We had kids statin with us and on e they were awake everyone was awake! But the house was fantastic in every way.

Alejandro has a beautiful house and big back yard. It made my friends and I feel right at home even when it’s so close to the city. Will definitely rebook when I come back to Atlanta.

This place was awesome! It was the perfect place for us and our two dogs to stay while celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Shannon was an excellent host. Her recommendations for local food were on point and she was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall a great experience for our first time using AirB&B!

My bridal party and I came to Atalanta for my bachelorette weekend and I am so glad we chose this home for the weekend! Beautiful and clean home. Beds were super comfortable. Host communication was amazing from the time of booking until we checked out. Always a quick response. I really appreciated the fact they allowed the extra bonus of having my room and living room decorated for the theme of my bachelorette weekend at the time of my arrival. It was beautiful and made my weekend even better! 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

Allen was very pleasant and welcoming. Even tho I booked with him last minute, he made sure everything was clean and ready. His property was very family oriented and relaxing. It was very spacious and pleasant relaxing fragrance. He responded to my messages in a very timely manner whus was very impressive. Communication is very important. I would recommend this stay and I plan to revisit in the future. Thank you again Allen for your hospitality and I accept the invitation to revisit.

I enjoyed the host she was very nice she left us with a goody basket of house essentials. Over i would stay again the beds were very comfy.

We stayed at Emily's house for one night, and it was great. Cozy, cute house in a quiet, safe area. We had everything we needed, and Emily was very hospitable. We would stay there if we visit Atlanta again.

Would definitely stay here again if I visit Atlanta again. Very clean, cozy, and just enough space. Wherever we drove, it was close by.

Tiffany is by far an amazing host. Super understand and provided great accommodations. Her condo was super clean and comforting, with one of the best views I’ve ever had staying in an Airbnb. Everything about her condo to her character spark positive energy. Would highly recommend!

Dion and His CoHost were so nice and helpful 10/10 would chose there place again if ever in ATL. We only stayed one night after a concert at Mercedes bends stadium but if you’re looking for something more casual than a hotel It’s a great place to stay. The walk to the stadium was so easy and finding the place wasn’t hard to find either. The only “downfall” is your so close to downtown ATL that if your not used to “city life” sleeping will be a little hard bc you’re right off the main road so traffic is kinda loud but we honestly had so much fun that that didn’t even matter to us. They had snacks set out for you and were always quick to respond. So nice and sweet! Given the location and walk to the venue would definitely spend my money here again! Thanks guys!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in a great area, felt safe and comfortable. Our host reached out and checked on us during the inclement weather, which I thought was a really sweet thing to do. I would 100% book here again when visiting Atlanta!

We had only one problem and that was the bed collapsing underneath me with no provaction, but luckily it was resolved quickly and there were no more issues. Had a peaceful stay otherwise.
