Great place to meet up with family. The kids enjoyed the pool and soccer area. Views from the rooftop area were amazing!

Came to town for a funeral with my friends and dogs. The place was cute and large enough to accommodate us for the day/weekend. There was a fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around. It was a little awkward to go through the garage and inside someone's home but overall a great place!

Perfect place to stay!!! Was very clean and well-stocked with anything and everything you could need. Maybe 10 minute walk to train station to get to New York. I highly recommend this place/host!!!!!

This was a fantastic stay. The host is super responsive and provided things we requested (like more towels and pillows). The place is spotless and felt super clean. They were able to accommodate everything we asked for. 15 minute walk to the PATH and 1 miute from a bus stop to Times Square. The beds are so so comfortable! (If you can share the brand and model, that would be appreciated). Worth the stay!

Great place to stay, location is good and this studio is really nice. The space is larger than I expected and really comfortable. The gym and the rooftops space are also plus . It is managed by a professional team and they respond fast to my request. I would stay here again if I come to Jersey city again.

The place was perfect! They provided welcome snacks and wine..it was 4 of us and we didn't feel on top of each other. Overall the place was nice!

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

I had a 3 day stay in NY and this was a great spot for it. I wasn’t home much but the kitchen and bathroom had all amenities you could need. House to close walking distance to train station to get you to all the key spots in the city. Amazing stay!

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

David was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in super easy. It’s clear he put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome.

Location was perfect and walking distance to beach and town. Condo very clean and had everything you need! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, and spotlessly clean! The bedrooms get abit of noise from the street. Might bother you if you’re a light sleeper.

This places was ideal for our annual friends trip. All the space we needed, easy access to transit and great hosts!

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

I had a good stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, spacious, and just as described in the listing. One of the biggest highlights for me was the location—it’s super close to MetLife Stadium, which was the main reason for my visit. Mr. Jay was a great host—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, especially if you’re planning to walk to nearby food spots or grocery stores. Also, there isn’t private parking due to space, so you’ll need to find street parking in front of the house, which is parallel-style. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth noting. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you’re looking for a clean and spacious spot near MetLife with a helpful and responsive host.

Beautiful Airbnb! Very comfortable and pristine with amazing accommodations. Alex was very responsive with all questions I had. He also was able to accommodate me when I requested to have another day at Airbnb. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! 5 stars

The house was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Felt safe while walking 5 minutes (about 4 blocks ) to the LIRR which we used each day to easily get into the city. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure and heat. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the nice closed in backyard and fire pit. There was a nice Big TV in the living room. Host were very attentive and addressed all of our questions and concerns promptly. Would definitely stay there again. 😊

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful summer house! We were a group of 9 and had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The house was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were large and accommodating, but the real gem of the home was the backyard. Our family quickly nicknamed it “the resort” and for good reason! The pool was gorgeous and larger than we expected. The grill was where we cooked most of our meals, and the cabanas were such a fun touch. We found ourselves taking pictures in nearly every corner of the yard because it was just that picturesque. The location couldn’t have been better as it was just 10 minutes or less from everything we needed, including grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, and Asbury Beach. Our favorite place was the AP rooftop and that was 9 minutes door to door. This was a 10/10 experience for our family. Can’t wait for next year!
