Room with private entrance and attached private large bathroom. Queen bed. The Adirondack style cedar cape home on 15 wooded acres. Central Air, hardwood floors, excellent cold well water. The rural location is only 15 minutes from the Saratoga Race Track, Casino, Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Spa State Park and Automobile Museum. Drive a little further to visit Moreau State Park Beach, Six Flags Great Escape and Adirondack Park hiking, boating etc. Very clean, no smoking, no pet, dwelling.

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Amber is an incredible host! The cabin was absolutely perfect for a relaxing day. The linens smelled fresh and clean, the big fireplace was incredibly cozy and the bison on the property were extra fun! We will definitely be back.

I can’t recommend this home enough. I felt safe and at peace my entire stay. The area is very quiet and close to great restaurants. I loved being able to take a 12 minute drive to grab some diner pancakes! Ian’s place had everything we needed to make the perfect dinner :) also so close to Lake George. I will for sure return soon!!

We had a big group on this trip and this location did NOT disappoint. It was really beautiful, comfortable, and felt like a home. With that being said, I highly recommend staying at this location. Jessica was also, so quick to respond with any questions, and very kind!
