Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mid Devon District

Beautiful barn. Honestly so beautifully decorated and styled. Sort of wasted on just me as there are multiple bedrooms. Really loved it. Great location

Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely stunning place. Louise was the perfect host answering every question I asked. The pool was a great hit with us adults and of course the children. The farm tour was lovely and Louise was very understanding when my little boy had a nose bleed whilst feeding the calves. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange!

The 3 of us had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Felt truly relaxed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the Coach house was full of everything we needed, and catered very well for our 15 month old who had lots of toys to play with. The dog is great fun and friendly and its a lovely location to watch the many rabbits eating grass right outside the window. Will be back !

This was a great location for our stay near Sidmouth where we had friends visiting over the weekend. Sidbury is a charming English village just outside Sidmouth, with a lot of traditional thatched cottages. The property has a lovely little garden where we sat and enjoyed the scenery and listened to the stream running past. It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway to rest and recuperate.

Another fabulous stay, the only Airbnb in Exeter that I would ever want to stay in, it’s perfect in every way.

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Great location, with amenities - and views across Charmouth to the sea - just as shown in photos. Just 10 minutes or so wander downhill to the sea and only half a mile from the village centre with a good (early until 9.00pm) convenience store, small bakery, pharmacy and pubs. Lots of coastal and inland walks within relatively short drives and easy access to Lyme Very responsive host.

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

My wife and I regularly travel to Exeter to visit family and if Adrian and Lizzies places are available we always take them. The place is always clean and tidy, Adrian and Lizzie are great with communication, the check in/out is straight forward, and the location is great for visiting Exeter. It is like a home from home...

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). I felt more than welcome the moment I arrived, both Carolyn and her husband (teddy I think!) were so kind and helpful. I’d come down to cycle and see a friend. On arrival I realised I’d left part of my bike at home. The hosts literally went above and beyond to help ensure my disaster was solved and I can’t thank them enough. The Airbnb was delightful, beautiful surroundings and perfect location, totally private yet so near all you could need. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay there and will be back, of that I’m sure!

Our stay at The Loft was perfect from beginning to end. Extremely clear concise directions from Matt made for an easy arrival, with the added bonus of a parking space. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and, surprisingly roomy. It is clear that a great deal of thought and design has gone into this property, utilising every last space, nook and cranny with the ultimate result of providing a spacious and full equipped holiday let. Not only was the apartment itself attractive and comfortable, the bonus of a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake! We had three gloriously sunny days here and, needless to say, when we weren’t on the steam train, on the riverboat or exploring Dartmouth, we spent every moment we could on this balcony watching the comings and goings on the river. We absolutely loved staying here and will certainly be back – thank you!

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

A very tasteful modern and pristine apartment with the most amazing views along the Jurassic Coast - what a place to relax. It is reasonably close to the beautiful town of Lyme Regis walking however the return journey is challenging and is not for everyone. It is so convenient though for the many walking routes in the area which we really enjoyed. Thanks Melanie and David for wonderful stay ( loved your new lawn mower David, we might have to get one too! )

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

This was my second stay here. An ideal location if you have dogs as the park is just across the road . Luke provides lots of little extras which are appreciated. Good value for a self contained one bedroom flat.
