Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

A cosy cottage in the heart of Montacute just a couple of minutes walk from the National Trust property, Montacute House. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. Separate bathroom across the garden with shower and toilet for sole use of cabin residents. Washing machine available. . Electric power in bedroom. Robs chickens live near the cabin. Please ensure visiting dogs are kept under control. Our piano is available for guest use in the main house
