The House is quite spacious much more than what you see in the photos, the temperature of the magnificent pool, all its perfect facilities for a weekend of rest, its proximity to self-service shops, super and convenience stores make the ideal place, its facilities with powerful fans everywhere and its air-conditioned rooms make the stay pleasant in each of the areas of the house, the space on the side of the magnificent pool, For running lovers right on the corner there is a park with very good space to do it and in addition to this 5 min. by car there is the Morelos sports unit which has a track for the general public covering a minimum entrance fee. We really enjoyed our stay at Claudia's house, she and her husband were great hosts. We received the house in impeccable condition, everything was very clean, I have no complaints about anything. They also allowed us to bring our 5 dogs and they were the happiest. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Wow, where do we begin? This house was absolutely fantastic! The location was incredibly walkable, with so many great attractions nearby. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the lovely cleaning lady, who was not only friendly but also made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself is stunning and just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The rooms were perfect, and the bathrooms were equally impressive. We had to walk about five blocks to reach the cathedral, which was the main reason we were in Morelia. The walk was totally doable for both our senior and child. When it rained a quick Uber ride made it easy to get around. If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be the noise from passing cars at night; however, it was not a significant issue. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and when we return to Morelia, we would love to stay here again!

Definitely recommend. The accommodations are well maintained, secure and peaceful. The building is a traditional Mexican style and full of charming details. The courtyard is so pleasant to enjoy. I spent 2 weeks there and 98% of the time walked everywhere. Lots of areas to explore. And enjoy all of the murals around Ajijic. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

The apartment has a beautiful view! it was as shown in the photos. Access to the condominium was easy and the guards were very friendly. Itzel, who was the one who was in communication with me, responded in time to my questions. The apartment was clean and tidy. Our only complaint is that one of the rooms has a bunk bed, it is impossible for two adults to sleep in that bed, since it makes a lot of noise every time one moves, it creaks horribly, and the person who was in the bed above when going down the stairs the bed moved so much that it seemed that there was an earthquake. It's very difficult to fall asleep in that bed. That bunk bed is for the weight of children, but not adults.

Israel is an excellent host, the place is super clean and always responding quickly and efficiently. Laura is super friendly. I will definitely return to this place… highly recommended!!!
