We found it great, strategic location for a night's rest from a long road trip, close to everything and super comfortable beds. We had a great rest and were able to enjoy the center of Pátzcuaro without much time. Great relationship with the price. Doña Martha is very friendly. Excellent view. Spacious place for a big family. Caleta is a warm Chikito and comfortable place to clear the routine for a while. The house only lacks ventilation Very hot and fans need maintenance. Outside of the place is highly recommended

Excellent place to rest and relax in general is just like the photos, the pool is very clean and the cabins of good size and with everything you need to have a good time. At night if it gets a little noisy but nothing you can sleep very well.

The place is lovely, I would definitely stay with you again. The breakfast is delicious, the proximity to downtown, the cleanliness and all the details are perfect, I loved it, we had a great time, thank you for your understanding with our dog.

The place is spectacular, first-class facilities with an architecture that integrates harmoniously with the beautiful landscape. The attention is unbeatable, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and all the staff was empathetic with the situation, they helped us and procured at all times our comfort. Many congratulations!

Everything during our stay was excellent. The house is very nice, with a spectacular view. Everyone's attention to the house was top notch. We had a wonderful time!!!

Martha is the best Host ever!! But the place needs a lot a lot of maintenance specifically the Kitchen, it's not even a Kitchen, doesn't have any cabinets your food it's right ther in a bar with out roof, and the kitchen utensils are in a very bad shape, this house should cost half of what I paid for it. the faucets on the bathroom sinks needs maintenance, the Jacuzzi needs maintenance, the curtains in so.e on the rooms are really old in general the house need big time maintenance. But even though Martha is fantastic!!!

First, thank you so much for having us. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very attentive lady named Blanca. Blanca takes care of everything in our stay, thank you. The property is very beautiful, clean and tidy with a spectacular view of Uruapan National Park. The room we borrowed for our stay was spotless with a view of the park. We loved waking up to the sounds of the park, with the waterfall, the river and the birds that inhabit it. You'll feel like you're looking in the forest and not in a city. I think I found my new home in Uruapan. First, thank you for welcoming us. Apon, our arrival we were welcome by a lovely lady name Blanca, she took care of us during our stay, Thank you. The property is gorgeous and clean, with an amazing view of Uruapan's Nacional Park. The room overlooked the park, it was neat and very clean all the time. We loved to wake up to the sounds of the park's waterfalls, river and wildlife. This will be our new home in Uruapan

It was an extremely cozy stay, the pool and the jacuzzi have a beautiful view and the host was super friendly, despite being a rushed trip the response was very fast and we immediately received his attention to guide us. It is a place that I highly recommend for spending a few quiet days full of natural experiences. Finally, I was extremely grateful for the courtesy provided for my mom's birthday. I hope to return with more time in the future.

Excelent service! extremely comfy beds, spacious bathroom, friendly hosts, walkable distance from the lakes front side, the construction nearby was a bit uncomfortable but it's not the hotels fault and it's temporary, AC and fan where working perfectly, breakfast included! pool was refreshing the coffee in the cafeteria was really good.
