Arrival is extremely easy and clear. I had to arrive before the time and they were completely accessible, the woow mattress, perfect for resting. to ensure they have what they need.

Very good place to stay, somewhat quiet and close to many shops to buy, zero problems and the hostess is very friendly all the time answering our questions. Excellent laundry area and very nice.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Nidya was always attentive and responded promptly. The people in charge of the place are always very helpful and kind. The apartment building is very comfortable and has very nice facilities. The heated pool is ALWAYS at a fabulous 32°C, and there's even a thermometer inside the water. For me, that's the ideal temperature for a pool, neither cold nor hot, just right. The plus of having a back door where you directly access the "games" area of the Jocotepec esplanade, you walk a little and you are in the esplanade stalls. A great location. I would definitely stay here again and enjoy how beautiful Jocotepec is.

A wonderful option to escape to Valle, the rooms are great, the kitchen is beautiful but the best is on the terrace with pool in the view of Valle. A place that I definitely recommend 100%

The location is super safe and close to everything. Estela was very attentive and helped us with extra requirements that we requested. The property is more spacious than what you see in the photos.

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

It was great experience during the weekend. The house is located in a beautiful town house village. Also they have fireplace at the outdoor balcony and we enjoyed a lot with fireplace during the night. Erika is also very helpful to provide us all information nearby the house. We will definetly visit here again soon.
