An excellent accommodation, both for people and pets, as it has a lot of space and everything is very close, very good space for cars and everything is very close walking, I would definitely come back… Claudio is very kind and attentive.

The place is very nice, and it is located in a very quiet area with a great view and close to the village, both Claudia and Clara were very friendly with us were always on the slope and resolved us quickly, the space is bigger than we thought and very comfortable, it is a very pleasant space to stay.

The stay was excellent, we rested and enjoyed ourselves... Paola always answered our questions and the staff at the place were very friendly. The pool is clean and with warm water, perfect. If I had to make a comment, it is that there is a lack of fans or air conditioning in the living and dining room area, since at times it can be suffocating despite having the windows open. But other than that, excellent... we'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful hacienda. It allows to experience little of field life ( more for those of us who come from the concrete of the CD) and a feeling of a Mexico that almost doesn't exist anymore.

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the property itself was immaculate—from the beautifully maintained grounds to the sparkling, serene pool. Every corner of the home was thoughtfully designed and stunning. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. They welcomed us like family, made us feel completely at home, and prepared the most delicious meals. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made it hard to say goodbye. Nobody wanted to leave—we’re already dreaming about our return! Thank you for such a magical experience.

From the beginning Karina was an excellent and super friendly host, always available and attentive to us at all times, from the moment you enter the garage of the house it is important and even in the garage there is an incredible view, in every space of the house, all the beautiful rooms, the terrace of the beautiful house, the dining room and the kitchen outside also beautiful to eat with a spectacular view, it should be noted that there are 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 rooms, one inside and one outside, many amenities that made our stay incredible, the pool area is also beautiful. Lula and Gerardo are super friendly and attentive people, always willing to resolve anything and attentive to everyone. In general everything was perfect, we had an amazing time. In short, the house is impressive and beautiful, Lula and Gerardo give excellent service and Karina is an excellent host and a very nice person. I can't wait to go back, I'd go back a thousand times.

The house is beautiful, you can see the love that has been given to the house, it is felt and a very nice family vibe is transmitted. The service staff was very friendly, we were very satisfied. Angelina is a very friendly and very attentive person. Anything we needed she was on the lookout. We were happy, andwim in Quatrimoto, made hikes, campfire, jacuzzi, play billiards. It has a variety of activities and also many options for how to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience and I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to be there again someday. If you have a chance to go, don't miss it.

Very good location, very close to restaurants and super, very good service from service staff and my father's house, spacious and comfortable. Luis the owner is very close to our stay and gave us all the necessary recommendations.

The accommodation is as in the photos, very nice, lots of space, the pool and the jacuzzi is a wonder, with always hot water, the garden is incredible for children and pets to play, the parking lot and fit the cars you want, the game room is a very pleasant plus, the rooms well distributed, spacious, each with its full bathroom and the upstairs room a plus to leave the children and teenagers to make their lair and sleep comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need and also plenty of space, the incredible grill, the outdoor room also and it gets a lot of sunlight. If you're going to need help with cooking and cleaning, don't hesitate to contact Mrs. Carmen, who Alberto recommends. She's an amazing, attentive, smiling, talkative, lively lady, and she takes initiative with your food, besides cooking very well.

Tracy is, without doubt, the ‘hostess with the mostest’. Her communication was excellent and she helped us in so many ways. Her Casa is exceptional, the pictures are very accurate and can only show a few facets of this amazing property. The views are stunning, especially from the upper level. The Casa is very well stocked to meet all needs. The home is immaculately clean and is situated within a gated community. Located between Chapala and Ajijic you have great access to explore yet it is quiet at night. In summary we loved it!

We had a very nice weekend the place is very quiet, the instructions and information are very clear, both Carlos and Ricardo( the Sr who gave me the keys) are very attentive and respond quickly, we did not have any inconvenience, very recommended, we will return.

The place has a breathtaking view, the villa is very comfortable, I would definitely return. As an improvement, it would be good to put air conditioning in the other room.

Excellent stay. Jordi is an amazing Host, and Paco welcomed us in a very helpful way and solved what we needed. The lake view is amazing, and the house had everything you need for a comfortable and complete stay. Just keep in mind the steep descent before entering the subdivision (because of the type of car to choose), but you can slow down without a problem. We would definitely go again. In fact, we're going back!
