Was an excellent place to stay.

The house fit our family of 9 perfectly. The walk to the lake was easy and amazing. Since most of the family fishes, we rented a pontoon boat. Securing the boat to the pier was easy and convenient ! The kitchen was wonderful for preparing a family meal. Since I love to cook,there were all the necessary things for me to make a meal! Thank you!

This place is so pretty. It was very spacious and the surroundings were gorgeous! We did not want to live. We felt like we were home and the beach was only a few minutes away. Zach was very helpful and responsive and very accommodating. The only thing we did not like was that the landscaping people were there twice during our stay. Waking up our baby one morning. We also had an issue w one of the hammocks but did not address this with Zach until after our stay.

This house is perfect for family’s, plenty of room and very clean. The area is perfect….close to town with plenty of options.

Kari's home on Lake Michigan was wonderful in every way. The property surrounding the house is beautifully landscaped with lovely plants, flowers and tall trees. Much attention to detail was apparent throughout the home. The gorgeous art, accessories, and decor were impeccable. It was apparent that in the decor she kept the historical integrity of a house built in the 1970's while adding a modern & elegant touch. Kari was completely responsive to all questions and concerns. The kitchen, house and garage were stocked with anything you could possibly need or want on a family vacation. The view, the beach, the surroundings couldn't have been more perfect. We would love to have the opportunity to enjoy this home again in the future.

Stayed here with our toddlers and another family , visiting from out of state. This place is BEAUTIFUL. It looks like it should be in a magazine. The proximity and accessibility to the beach is incredible - we basically spent all of our time at the property with no need to go into town. Having a laundry, fire pit, hot tub, and grill available to use was a dream. I would say that there were more amenities here than at most places. Jeremy was great when we had questions - thank you! We would gladly come here every year as part of our annual Michigan trip. Note that if you are staying with small children: Not child friendly! White furniture, steep stairs! Luckily the photos were representative and we came with covers, etc. Thank you so much for hosting us. We look forward to maybe staying again next year!

What a beautiful place! Amazing water views and easy access to Lake Michigan. Literally 10 minutes from anywhere you would want to go in Douglas or Saugatuck. The kitchen was better stocked than my own kitchen at home! Special touch was that the home was very dog friendly and made our trip that much more special to have our doodle with us! Such a special place to connect with your loved ones!

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

if you're looking for a cabin in the woods this does not disappoint. Beautiful! Kelly is very responsive to questions.

We stayed for a weekend with family and our fur babies and had an amazing time. Courtney let us check in earlier which was nice of her and we got to enjoy the water. The water was just as described crystal clear. House was super clean and cozy. We will definitely stay again next year.

I have stayed here numerous times, and every time I'm impressed! They have made several improvements over the years, and it can't be beat! We walked around the property, played in the tree house and swing, enjoyed the hot tub and patio. I wish it were summer, the pond is awesome! There is something for everyone here, and you will not be bored. The host, Jason, is super quick and responsive to anything you may need! Comfy beds & furniture throughout the home! The home is absolutely spotless, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend 5/5.

Great peaceful location to stay while visiting the Saugatuck, Holland, and South Haven areas. Easy drive to wineries and surrounding locations. Property is wooded and private which adds to the experience. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals, and all amenities met our expectations. Owners are super responsive and share a love of using a label maker to help guest with quickly adapting to a new home during the stay.

Amazing, peaceful, and relaxing. We spent my sister’s bachelorette weekend at the Buffalo house and it couldn’t be a better location for our Parent Trap themed weekend. The walk to the beach was short and easy. And the beach was amazing. We went to nearby New Buffalo for shops and food and it was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend this home and location enough!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was kind and responsive. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I especially loved the cozy touches and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

This home was exactly what we were hoping it would be: peaceful, quiet, secluded, and absolutely breathtaking views. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were awesome to work with, responsive and helpful. Looking forward to hopefully returning!

Scott have been by far the best hosts we have encountered with air b&b .. they are very respectful, responds almost instantly and the most kind and down to earth people !! The place is absolutely stunning we had the most amazing time there ! We can’t wait to go back in August! Highly recommend one of their places to stay !

This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and flexible, making everything so easy and welcoming from start to finish. This home holds a lot of sentimental value for our family — we spent many years vacationing in this area growing up — and it meant so much to be able to return to the area and create new memories in such a beautiful, well-kept space. We couldn’t be more grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, meaningful getaway.

Jennifer’s home was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The kids had an incredible time and are still talking about all the fun they had. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Bria’s cabin was more than I could have dreamed of! It is so lovely and quant! Every single bed was SO comfortable! We were also right down the road from ski/snowboard, tubing, indoor pool and golf during the summer. There are 2 precious towns within 10 minutes for all of your needs. The location was nothing short of magical! I can’t say enough good things! We also left a stuffed bunny and she was quick to assure us that she will mail it to us. I definitely will recommend! I plan to come back as often as I can. It was so perfect!!!

We had a lovely family reunion at St Joe’s overlook. Kitchen came with literally everything- all sorts of cooking instruments (crock pot, air fryer, toaster etc), spices/oils, and zip lock bags for leftovers. All brand new appliances and ample prep space. We got the pool heated and it was wonderful! Very large size to fit all the family kids. The hot tub was a nice save for the adults who were freezing. Beautiful views from the living room of the river with ample and comfy seating. The home was perfect for a large gathering. We appreciate Evan and Claire hosting us they were always responsive and helpful.

Lovely home, many well thought out perks like fans in upstairs rooms and beach toys for kids! Info said it was an easy short walk to beach so I spent a whole lot more than I usually would. With children it would not be pleasant and is really not a short walk (and is on a semi busy road) & beach is down a whole lot of steps. BUT there are parking spaces so it was fine. Within the house, the steps are fairly steep at parts & there are 2?big ones going into house &!these were hard for my 70 year old mom w knee issues. So if person reading reviews is one of those people, this might not be THE place. That being said, it is very short walk to community pool & host is very responsive & house is beautiful! My mom mostly stayed within first floor including an awesome bed/bath on ground floor. There are games (although I didn’t love the Ouija board 🫣😂) . This would be a great place for multiple family / friends to split cost ;) Its very beautiful & community pool & hot tub are great!

The location of this house is in a private quiet setting but close to so many things. The kids loved looking out the front window and seeing the horses right across the street. The house was very clean and exactly how it was described, nicely decorated without over doing it. We utilized every part of the large property for volleyball, football, cooking out and eating at the picnic table, bonfires for making smores and picking wild flowers. The pool and hot tub was very clean and nice. The bedrooms are large and perfectly accommodated our family of 10 with 2 littles in pack n plays. There were plenty of items provided to make our stay easy, dishes, cookware, pool towels, board games, and pool items. Brandon was a great host and extremely responsive before and during our stay. When we had a question about the air conditioner on our first night, he responded within 10 minutes and then sent someone out to handle it. I would highly recommend Brandon and this house for a family get away.
