Nice place and great value. Very slight cigarette smoke smell but nothing bad. Immediate neighborhood is fine but some rougher areas you may pass through

This place was great! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Beautiful home with great decor. Wendy was super friendly! Even recommended some things for us to check out while we were there.

Jacque's place was great! We chose to stay there as it was in the same neighborhood as our family, but it was exactly what he described it to be. He was prompt, proactive, and easy to get in contact with. He was a wonderful host and we would stay again!

This was a lovely place to stay near campus with my three children! Clean and comfortable, and the host even had a small chest of toys for the kids. Highly recommended!

As always the place is beautiful , clean and well managed. Ben is communicative and friendly as well as the staff that help out. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach with easy access to food, parks and the outdoors this is the place.

Very cool place! Less than a mile from downtown, totally walkable. They have a cooler and beachbag. I believe the building was originally an old school and was redone into a bunch of units. It looks awesome inside! High ceilings, tall windows. We did not have opportunity to enjoy all the extras available in the buillding and will have to stay again for longer.

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

Great stay! Went for a concert at ford field and was a super quick walk! great location and super safe building. felt very secure as two young women staying the night in Detroit. Very nice and secure parking area. Very close to come nice restaurants and lots of things to do!

It was better than expected. The place was clean, amenities were thoughtful. Everything we needed was there. The host definitely had the guests best interest in mind. . Very pleased. 5 star host for sure.

This is a great location with lots of space. John and Beth communicated everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

The property at Boyne is a classic and has maintained a warm place in our memories which we have returned to decades ago after decades. There is history and seasoning in everything which has traveled and joined in our time and hopes every time we attend.

Manistee is home away from home! Lovely place with a great location for beach access & amazing sunsets! Close to town & great little area to take the pups for walks. Bring spices & cooking oils. They only have limited spices as listed. Also, I maybe would bring a couple pans & pots if you plan on cooking more than a basic, simple meal. I love to cook so I usually bring my own knives & pans. Really great stay & I would highly recommend!

Booked last minute due to change of plans! He responded very quickly and had instructions to us quickly, which put our minds at ease! Place was over all perfect for what we needed for the night! We had a mishap with another guest given the same check in instructions as us but this was quickly resolved and we were compensated accordingly! Beds were comfortable! And the stay was pleasant!

Great condo - even brighter, cheerier, and roomier than pictured! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of linens and beach towels, games, well stocked kitchen.... and the view of the lake is fantastic! There were no neighbors when we were there so it was very quiet. Just minutes to Nub's Nob and the Highlands. Lots of choices for restaurants near by and good grocery store nearby. Host was ultra available and accommodating with lots of instructional / helpful signage throughout the condo, lots of extras!!! Thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to going back!!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was super simple with the check-in and the place was just as advertised with beautiful views of the water and the Badger. We have already asked if we could come back another time next summer! Easy walk to the lake and downtown. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

Michael's place was awesome, the amenities are over the top - we didn't have time to use everything he has to offer. Our dog also loved the house - even though it's not completely fenced in, we were able to use our car to keep her up totally in the backyard.. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood, very walkable and pretty. The house was situated perfectly with everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area... We will definitely stay here again, when we come back up to the Mitten state!

With its own avenue to heaven Meemo’s was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend! The property provided tangible privacy, which in itself added another dimension designed to captivate one’s soul. Meemo’s isn’t meant for your expectations, for no one can expect such natural luxury. Service and cleanliness were the main course, the lake sits at the backdoor dressed with acreage of trees, the house decor was magazine prepared, just as pictured! The bowling lanes were another highlight. We Highly recommend for anyone looking for heaven on earth and would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay! Everything we needed was provided at the house, it was clean and cozy, and the hosts were amazing. Proactive, checked in to see if we needed anything, and responsive to questions. I will absolutely book this place again the next time I come to St. Joe!

Craig's home I believe is closer to Solon, but in that general area. A great home for 2-4 people. Country setting is very peaceful. The tip to pick up any groceries before heading to the home is a great tip as it is 7-10 minutes from a local market. We enjoyed our relaxing time in the home for couple of days. We loved the use of the kitchen, and use of the washer & dryer.

This was probably the best AirBnB I’ve stayed in to date. The cleanliness was near pristine, it had anything you could possibly need (the water station was a lifesaver!! And so thoughtful too). She provided multiple recommendations of activities to do nearby with my family, places to eat, and great instructions for being able to use the amenities within the community. Not to mention the home was beautiful. It was perfect for a getaway and I would absolutely consider booking again if I were ever in the area. We didn’t have a dog with us, but I love that they also had a large dog kennel on site for those that do bring a dog. Overall, a wonderful stay and experience!

We had a great stay this weekend! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook and hang out as a group. We especially appreciated the outdoor space—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Being completely honest we did not stay in the home due to my mix up on the dates. (Don't make bookings over your phone! It's too easy to enter the wrong dates). Angel left us tons of great instructions and was proactive from the time of booking. She answered questions almost immediately, and when she found out that we didn't show up she reached out concerned that something had happened to us. It was a simple error, totally on my part. Angel made it right with us and wished us well. During the many messages back and forth I felt that she is someone with great integrity and genuinely cares about her tenants and her business. I hope that I have the opportunity to stay here in the future. Highest regards for Angle who is the best host that I never got to meet.
