This cozy, 2 bedroom apartment is situated on our quiet 30 acre property 9 min from downtown Marquette and 45 min from Pictured Rocks in Munising. The apartment is separate from our home. The apartment is above our barn, one flight of stairs. We have frontage on Big Creek which connects to gorgeous Lake Superior. We have kayaked and fished from our spot to the big lake. “Rustic luxury” - spacious and cozy guest house up north with 2 bedrooms and one full bath. The main room has a kitchenette, dining room and office. The living room has books and a TV with Roku. King in master with Roku TV, two sets of bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Our guesthouse is designed to be friendly to large or small families, couples or groups traveling together, or just one couple. Quiet neighborhood; big parties, bachelorette parties, etc. are not allowed.

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor shared with the owners house so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities, and the owners also have a shared fire pit. Wood is not provided.
