It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

Really beautiful interior design style that out of my expectation. Also sufficient spaces for three people to sleep. It’s convenient for taxi to pick up just front of the unit door. And also appreciate for the soooo patient and timely response from the host.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for three days, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly, politely, and thoroughly to all of my questions, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and worry-free. I truly appreciate the hospitality and care that went into making my visit so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers. Thank you very much!

Excellent large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying in this house.
