Superschönes Apartment mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und sehr schönen privaten Pools sowie kleinem Fitnessbereich. Wer es wie wir mag weg vom Trubel zu übernachten ist hier genau richtig. Von hier kann man tolle und sehr lange Strandspaziergänge machen. Die italienische Kaffeemaschine verfügt auch über einen Milchaufschäumer. Die Waschmaschine hat einen integrierten Trockner. Wir waren super begeistert.

Luxuriöse Villa, super Pool Landschaft, Shuttle zum Strand gut verfügbar, mit Leihfahrrädern in 5 Min auch erreichbar. Schöner Strandabschnitt, nettes Personal in der Strandbar. Essen im Hotel etwas überteuert, mit Selbstversorgung in neuer Küche lebt es sich aber auch sehr gut. Das Personal hat sich stets um alles bemüht und gekümmert. Wir hatten einen Internet-Ausfall und innerhalb eines Tages wurde alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Super freundlicher Reinigungstrupp, der alles sehr diskret und sorgsam in Stand hält. Wir werden den Urlaub im Green Village auf jeden Fall wiederholen, es gab nichts zu beanstanden!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa fantastica villa immersa nel verde. La proprietaria gentilissima e la comunicazione molto veloce ed efficace. L’appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo, perfettamente arredato e dotato di qualsiasi confort. Ad attenderci all’arrivo anche un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, molto gradito. La piscina riscaldata nel bellissimo giardino veramente splendida. Super consigliato, sicuramente torneremo.

Location, location , location . This apartment is on the perfect location behind S Marcos piazza, Leonardo was great he even provided us with a free private boat to Murano Island to this factory. It was great . The apartment itself needs some new paint and the shower tile on the floor needs to be change . Otherwise was good for 7 people Thank you Leonardo

Vista fantastica, dalla terrazza una vista che nessun altro luogo che abbiamo frequentato può offrire. Questo anche dalle camere, ti svegli e sei nel mare, da sballo. Antonio è stato molto cordiale e ci ha accolto benissimo. Torneremo presto.

Definitely wort the money. Very responsive host and direct. If this is your first time to Venice, be prepared to take a water taxi to the host address if you have heavy luggage, if not you can way there. Very beautiful 😍. I would go back again

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.

The hotel staff supporting this apartment, especially Vanessa, were amazing. Vanessa made our dinner plans and pointed out all the things that we’re important for us. She made this experience the best for us. The apartment is spacious, and elegantly decorated. You’ll feel like a millionaire on vacation here. Relaxing in the steam room was the icing on the cake. Perfectly located in the center of San Marco right in a charming plaza where you can catch a gondola ride or delight in an evening meal. I highly encourage using the hotel staff to help make reservations and provide directions to help make the most of your stay. If you can find Vanessa then you’ll be in very good hands.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig - außerhalb der Jagdsaison. Der Pool ist sauber und genug Liegen sind vorhanden. Wer ein breites Auto hat, bekommt Schwierigkeiten an der Brücke. Die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig, für schnell mal was machen reicht es aber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich nur mit italienisch durchwurschteln. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war absolut fantastisch. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern bietet es jede Menge Platz, und die Einrichtung ist schlichtweg beeindruckend – hochwertige Möbel, Geschirr und Pfannen, alles auf Top-Niveau. Die Sauberkeit war makellos, so sauber, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die großzügige Garage und die durchdachte Technologie – alles lässt sich bequem per Funk bedienen. Wir haben uns extrem sicher und absolut wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Alles war perfekt beschrieben, und die bereitgestellten Informationen waren äußerst nützlich. Die Lage ist ein weiterer Höhepunkt: extrem ruhig, direkt am Golfplatz gelegen, aber dennoch nah genug an der Stadt und dem Strand, die beide mit dem Fahrrad leicht erreichbar sind. The hosts made the stay at their beautiful farmhouse absolutely incredible. My friends and I have relied on public transportation to get around for our journeys, so it was difficult to get around solely on foot in this location since there wasn't much around other than farmlands. We definitely got our steps in! The hosts were so helpful. It was hard to communicate with them because they spoke very little English, but they made such an effort to try to understand us. They brought us breakfast one morning and really made sure that we eating good and making the best of our stay. They provided us with local restaurants and spots to go to in the area. The house itself was so well prepared for us and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed our stay there so much a second trip might have to be planned soon. The stay was amazing because the hosts were such great people. They even gave us a ride to the bus stop after checking out! You can tell they truly care about the house and the people visiting.

Le logement est simple, sécurisant, quelques rénovations sont en cours pour le rendre encore mieux. L’emplacement est idéal pour un halt à Venise en voiture. Je ne peux que recommander! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die gesamte Anlage, in der das Ferienhaus liegt, ist sehr gepflegt und gerade der Poolbereich ist echt super gewesen! Poolbar und Restaurant sind eher hochpreisig, aber gut. Da es aus der Beschreibung nicht genau hervorgeht, hier nochmal die Aufteilung des Hauses: Der Eingang liegt im oberen Geschoss, hier ist ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Esstisch. Hier gibt es auch zwei Balkone, einer mit Liegen und einer mit Esstisch. Außerdem befinden sich im oberen Geschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Im unteren Geschoss ist die Garage, in der zwei Autos hintereinander Platz haben. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt ein Shuttle zum hoteleigenen Strand, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da es dort genügend Parkplätze gibt (auch ein paar kostenlose). Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen, ist aber eher weit und kein schöner Weg entlang der Straße.

We really enjoyed staying at Green Village. Our house had loads of space and a very big garden. The whole ressort is very green and well mantained. We loved spending time there with the kids. Also the shuttle service to the beach was a big help! There was only one point that was negative: the kitchen didnt have enough utensils for proper cooking. We had only one giant knife (that didnt cut well anymore, had already issues cutting tomatoes). No cutting board, no eletric devices (like mixer, blender…), only one pan where all the food would stick on it. The oven was some “mix” of oven and microwave and both functions didnt worked properly, even after we checked for a manual online, as there were only 2 buttons at all with no explanation whatsoever. Would be easier to have a simpler machine and decide if oven or microwave. Anyways we would definetely recommend Green Village. Next time we come back we either wont cook in the house or bring a few amenities with us :) Communication was always very fast and uncomplicated.

Die Unterkunft bietet eine ruhige und idyllische Lage, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Städtereisen als auch für schöne und ausgiebige Gassirunden. Der Vermieter ist diskret und freundlich mit 2 süßen kleinen Hunden. Die Nähe zum Wald und der vorhandene Pool runden das Angebot ab und machen die Unterkunft besonders attraktiv für Naturliebhaber. Insgesamt eine großartige Wahl für Erholung und Ausflüge - für Mensch und Hund :)
