Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metropolitan City of Venice

We are very happy to stay in the apartment. Clean and everything at a high level! Next to it is a shop and a bus stop to the center of Venice. The host takes great care of the guests' satisfaction, he is a great contact. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment☺️

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Tram to go to Venice is minutes away. Our host waited for us upon arrival and gave us helpful instructions. We had access to a washing machine in the apartment, which was super helpful! We had a great experience and this place is highly recommended!

Spacious apartment, well decorated, easy to commute with a bus 2 min walk 20 min trip and you are in Venice. 5 min walk to shops and a couple of restaurants. We had a really late check-in but there was no problem with the host. Nice kitchen, with everything you need, small terrase for morning coffee. A bit small shower but bathroom is great. Area is quiet and peacefull. We had an amazing week there!

A wonderful house with a private pool and an excellent host

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of day with plenty of seating. We used one of the bicycles available, and we took the rest with us, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we would come back anytime. Thank you again.

By far the best host I have ever experienced. Extremely helpful and professional. Samuel was extremely kind and helped me with many local informations before my arrival. He was also very flexible regarding the check-in and check-out timings. The apartment is exactly as described in the images and has all the amenities for a family. The place is very spacious and makes you feel home. The views from the balcony give true Italian vibes. Venice island is only 10 mins drive by car and also there are public transport options nearby. We used our car to the island as there was a transport strike during our visit. I would recommend Samuel's apartment to everyone looking for a stay during their trip to Venice.

Very attentive host

Lovely place at short distance from Bus number 2 stop. Loris was amazing as host, he provided clear instructions and even took the extra ordinary pain of picking us up from Train station. Would definitely recommend and if I travel again then will stay again. Thank you Loris

Excellent location for visiting Venice without stress. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: well-kept, cozy and quiet. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the station and supermarket nearby. We will definitely be back!
