a beautiful apartment, beautifully furnished, quirky decor which had us fascinated. everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything you require. the area was very quiet and peaceful, quite a walk from the main hub but a very pleasant walk. thoroughly enjoyed our weekend

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

We had a great holiday in Porto Santa Margherita. The house and the pool are as described in all respects, the neighborhood is friendly, the sea is close. Perfect for a family of six. We went to visit Venice and its biennial taking the train to San Stino di Livanza as Alessandra had advised us. Very convenient!

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much! The place is great, especially the garden. We have been there with 2 small kids, they both loved to play in the garden and they loved to go to the beach by train. Federico was amazing host, he provided us with all important information and he was always available if something was needed. Overall, we enjoyed it so much that we have booked another week during the summer and we are looking forward to our next stay!

Great location, nicely designed apartment, quiet, yet close to supermarket, beach and restaurants. The swimming pool was great, especially when you travel with kids. Also, the apartment has all the equipment you need

This place was actually bigger than I expected. There were thousands of restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores within walking distance. The host also helped us with locating the nearest water taxi to be able to make it to the train station

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

The house is beautiful, spacious, equipped with every comfort, well located to visit Padua and Venice. Beautiful outdoor spaces that we have unfortunately made little use for the shortness of the stay. We had a great time. The host Andrea and his partner were extremely kind and helpful in accommodating our requests. Overall a great experience.

Cozy and clean townhouse in a good location (3 min to the beach). Perfect for 3 couples, each having a floor of their own. Friendly and responsive host. All we needed for a great vacay 😊

Mrs. Marina was always aware of my check-in process. She provided me the airport pickup service, which I value a lot, because it helped me a lot to get to her home early and be able to rest. Your accommodation is in a safe and quiet area. It is very comfortable and beautiful. Her husband transported me several times, which greatly facilitated my travels. They, they behaved wonderfully and made me feel right at home. Thank you to Mrs. and her husband Visma for being so kind, generous and not excellent hosts. I highly recommend them. See you soon!

We stayed with four children and had a relaxing time. The furnishing is modern and it was all very clean. The path to the beach (Relax Beach) is about 5 minutes and thanks to reserved loungers a dream. The sea is very suitable due to the shallow water, especially for small children. A playground is also available and the prices at the beach bar are absolutely fair. A secret tip is the restaurant "Buca di bacco", about 500m from the property. We would come back. The contact with Claudio was always friendly and we were answered all questions quickly.

Top accommodation in a very good location. Host Bianca and Martin were mega. All the information in advance and proactive. Super quick response if there were any questions. The pizzeria "around the corner" is also amazing. Urital "Boazn" with a small selection of down-to-earth very tasty cuisine and pizzas. Also typical Italian breakfast. We are always happy to book again when we are in the area!

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the beach and the shopping street with many restaurants. The pool was great and we often had it all to ourselves :) Linda is a very nice host and super fast. A clear recommendation, you can't go wrong here.

We were completely satisfied! Everything as described, some newly renovated, the space was sufficient, small note, because my children (8&12) are not used to it and refused (so it hit me😅) the bunk bed has no fall protection. We were very happy about the flexible check-in/out, we were able to get in much earlier on request, we wanted to check out earlier quite spontaneously to drive back at night with the children, again no problem! You should perhaps know that the very friendly landlady (mother) on site only speaks Italian, but with a translator app it was no problem, the landlords (daughter) on airbnb was always very easy to reach, very friendly and accommodating, helped us with all our inquiries! Surroundings very quiet during the week, beach almost empty, (we were there in early/mid-June) holiday start Italians then a little fuller, weekends good things going on. Everything easily accessible on foot, delicious restaurants!

Matteo's place is gorgeous! I'm sure to be in the center of Oderzo, just steps from the square. The rooms were super clean and well-equipped. The villa is beautifully preserved and the furnishings were much appreciated. Both check-in and checkout were simple and flexible. Last gem, the breakfast we were provided in the morning.

Everything clean and cozy. Great location, Paola was very nice. Our 3 dogs also enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended
