The apartment is very, nice, cozy and stylish, equipped with everything necessary. Alessandro was very kind and responsive, give us very useful information and advices about the area. We had complimentary coffee and fruits. Our family was vary happy with our stay

We LOVED our stay here. The place was clean and smelled wonderful, the terrace was perfect. Elodie is a gem, so accommodating and welcoming. We had a small issue with power but Elodie responded to my message immediately and had the issue fixed in under 30 mins. The location is wonderful, an easy walk to the other small islands and a quick water bus ride to Venice. Elodie provided all the information we needed about what bus lines to take. We would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great Place to stay. We are family 2+2 we had a really good time. Easy going owners very helpful. They advised the best way to get to Venice. It’s took as just 15min by car. We are so grateful to chose that place.

Giulia was most responsive to my questions and friendly! The b&b felt very homely and private, and had everything you will need - a comfy bed, little kitchen, clean spacious shower. The location is close to the centre of Mogliano and walkable to the large supermarket. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Mogliano!

Ali is a friendly, outgoing person. The room we stayed in was spacious and adequately furnished. The apartment has three rooms for guests but only one bathroom. The bathroom is shared between guests. Sharing was not a problem, but the shower is such that it requires the user to mop up afterward. The price was a bargain for Venice. However, it may be that this apartment is best suited for young people who would embrace Ali's eclectic taste in furnishings.

Very helpful staff. If you are a religious jew try to find a different place for shabbos, otherwise highly recommend for someone looking for an affordable place to stay in Venice with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. There are stairs, so If you have a lot of luggage be ready for that.

Loved this apartment in Murano - Giulia was very responsive and helped us figure out transportation during a rail strike. The restaurant downstairs is wonderful and we got a discount card to use there, which was very nice! If you’re tall pay attention to the ceilings but otherwise you’ll love this place and the location! Quiet and close to shopping and vaporetto station.

What a lovely place. Nice apartment with nice surroundings to walk the dogs. One highlight for sure was the breakfast. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great hotel. Real close to tram to Venice and safe secure parking. Stored luggage in hotel while in Venice. This place was perfect.

Hi, so I am very impressed with the apartment and also the hospitality of Marco. All windows have fly screens and beautiful folding shutters. Before going to bed, we were able to cool the bedroom a bit down with the air conditioning and seem well rested for breakfast. Every morning there were croissants and rolls and a small buffet. In addition, there was a basket from which we could choose our own home-grown vegetables. Marco helped us to work out one or the other day trip. All in all, it was a successful and beautiful vacation.

Staying with Marco was great! He is a great host - very friendly, always available and extremely helpful with tips for the area. The place was clean and has everything you need. Marco's property is beautiful and has a large garden perfect for dogs. You will also find a lot of animal friends such as cats, horses and chickens as well as Marcos dog. In addition, there is a very nice barn that invites you to linger and a small but very nice pool where you can cool off on hot days. Every morning there is a great homemade breakfast! The selection at the buffet is not great, but you will find everything you need for a good start to the day! All in all, Marco's place is a clear recommendation if you want to vacation near the popular seaside resorts of Lignano and Bibione (about 20 minutes by car), but still prefer a quiet location.
