Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Venice

The apartment is as big as it looks in the photos. I have rented several apts in France and Italy. This apt is very large for France and Italy. A the price, it is large for anywhere. Luca cleans it spotless before turning it over. Once you learn the route, it is easy to get to Via Garibaldi and the Grand Canal. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores along the way. This would definitely be on the list again, if available.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Nette Gastgeberin, konnten früher einchecken als geplant, zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Leider ist die Schlafcouch ziemlich hart aber ansonsten war alles prima.

No lo dudes, es espectacular el apartamento, tiene todo lo necesario para que estés muy cómodo y tranquilo. Ampliamos nuestra estancia un día más por lo cómodo que fue, gracias por la calurosa atención!!!

Absolutely amazing apartment! From the neighborhood, fine interior decorations, comfortable bedding and a VERY hospitable host, we couldn’t find any flaws in this flat. Highly recommend! Magalie has been a quintessential host among all the Airbnb properties we have stayed at. Our host provided recommendations on sights, restaurants, water taxi service, and more. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary this experience was in Venice because of Magalie. Highly recommend!! We plan to return to Venice and hope to stay at this incredible apartment again.

Gaia was GREAT, attentive, helpful, she explained all we needed to know, she walks us through all steps and answered all our questions, she received us with a smile and we felt just like home at her place!!!!

Mọi thứ thật tuyệt vời! Ngôi nhà rất yên tĩnh, thuận lợi và an toàn. Đặc biệt nó rất rộng rãi và thoải mái với 6 người trong gia đình tôi. Host rất đáng yêu và hỗ trợ với 1 sự thoải mái rất tuyệt. Nếu quay lại tôi sẽ ở lại đây. Tôi cũng rất mong có 1 ngày đón các bạn tại đất nước Việt Nam tươi đẹp của chúng tôi!!

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

L'alloggio è veramente molto bello e di nuova costruzione, dispone di molti comfort e si trova in una zona davvero tranquilla. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima perché permette di raggiungere il centro di Lignano pineta in circa 10 minuti a piedi e la spiaggia in 15 minuti. Antonio è stato davvero disponibile, gentile e di grande aiuto, in poco tempo ha risolto un paio di imprevisti che si erano verificati. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio.

Overall, the stay was great. My grandson and I participated in the offered glassblowing lessons, and we enjoyed the experience.

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Desde el primer contacto, la comunicación fue impecable, clara y muy rápida. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidez y la atención genuina de Apollo y Diana. Son unos anfitriones supremamente atentos y amables, que tienen en cuenta hasta el más mínimo detalle y lo hacen con un afecto que te hace sentir verdaderamente bienvenido. ¡Su hospitalidad se siente desde el momento de la llegada! El apartamento es una maravilla: grande, cómodo y muy lindo, decorado con excelente gusto. Además, estaba impecablemente aseado, lo que siempre es un plus enorme. La ubicación es ideal para viajeros, ya que está muy cercano a la estación de tren, facilitando muchísimo el acceso a cualquier punto. ¡No encontramos una mejor experiencia en toda Europa! Recomendamos a Apollo y Diana al 1000% sin dudarlo. Si buscas un lugar donde te sientas como en casa y unos anfitriones que eleven tu experiencia a otro nivel, ¡este es el sitio! ¡Gracias por todo, Apollo y Diana!

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

The apt is exactly as pictured, very spacious, comfortable beds and great location. Orietta gave us so many great recommendations and was very responsive. We loved the balcony where we sat and enjoyed our morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The drinks/ wine and snacks left were an added bonus. Definitely recommend this charming apt.

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar...direkt am Strand, super zentral und fußläufig sind unzählige Geschäfte, Restaurants und Attraktionen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dadurch haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alessandro war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen.

Casa meravigliosa e host perfetto. Non manca assolutamente nulla e trovare da bere al fresco nel frigo fa L differenza. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e Alessandro è stato molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente anche per visitare Treviso e Venezia
