Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w mieszkaniu. Czyściutko i wszystko na wysokim poziomie! Obok jest sklep i przystanek autobusowy do centrum Wenecji. Gospodarz bardzo dba o zadowolenie gości, jest z nim rewelacyjny kontakt. Polecam z całego serca to mieszkanko☺️

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and hassle-free. Le logement était très propre et super bien placé à 500m de l’arrêt de tram très appréciable ! Notre hôte a su etre dispo et nous aider dès qu’on avait besoin ; top je recommande.

Es el Arbnb más limpio y organizado en el quw he estado y viajo mucho, Son súper amables y buenas personas, todo esta nuevo limpio y bien cuidado y todo funciona perfecto Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo al 100% Es muy fácil el trasporte a Venecia y zona es tranquila y bonita Excelente en todo sentido

Spacious apartment, well decorated, easy to commute with a bus 2 min walk 20 min trip and you are in Venice. 5 min walk to shops and a couple of restaurants. We had a really late check-in but there was no problem with the host. Nice kitchen, with everything you need, small terrase for morning coffee. A bit small shower but bathroom is great. Area is quiet and peacefull. We had an amazing week there!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit privatem Pool und eine hervorragende Gastgeberin

Tolle Wohnung mit direkt angrenzender Bademöglichkeit hinter dem Garten. Die Essmöglichkeit im gedeckten Wintergarten war mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ideal zu jeder Tageszeit. Von den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nutzten wir eines, die restlichen haben wir selber mitgenommen, was sehr empfehlenswert ist um die Insel zu erkunden. Leo war zudem immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir ihn benötigten oder irgendwelche Fragen hatten. Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Alfredo’s apartment is amazing. I couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay in Venice, and I look forward to staying again. The apartment is beautifully designed, generous and impeccably stylish. Cristina was a very helpful and responsive host. The location is ideal.

By far the best host I have ever experienced. Extremely helpful and professional. Samuel was extremely kind and helped me with many local informations before my arrival. He was also very flexible regarding the check-in and check-out timings. The apartment is exactly as described in the images and has all the amenities for a family. The place is very spacious and makes you feel home. The views from the balcony give true Italian vibes. Venice island is only 10 mins drive by car and also there are public transport options nearby. We used our car to the island as there was a transport strike during our visit. I would recommend Samuel's apartment to everyone looking for a stay during their trip to Venice.

Very attentive host

Lovely place at short distance from Bus number 2 stop. Loris was amazing as host, he provided clear instructions and even took the extra ordinary pain of picking us up from Train station. Would definitely recommend and if I travel again then will stay again. Thank you Loris

J’ai eu l’impression d’être la première à entrer dans l’appartement, propreté irréprochable, tout comme neuf, extrêmement bien agencé, bien pensé, près des transports, lit confortable, hôtes très agréables, je serai restée plus longtemps si j’avais pu!
