Giulio was a lovely host, he picked us up at the airport, showed us how to get around in Rome and was always available on text. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to the city centre and also with good bus and metro connections.

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

The place was like in pictures and Niccolo was very responsive with any questions that we had.

Apart from a small initial misunderstanding, not dependent on the managers and promptly resolved, I must say that everything was perfect. I highly recommend it for professionalism and cleanliness

Daniel was such a great host. He was flexible with our check-in when we arrived early and provided clear instructions for checking in and out. This is a beautiful apartment that is located next to the Metro, the Vatican, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again when we come back!

Rita's place is situated in a building which combines old and new, very fashionable and cosy adorned, with a big terrase. It is situated near the city's old wall, accesible by bus from city center and at 5 minutes of walking from Villa Borghese. The appartement is large, with a living and kitchen downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, which I think is very intimate and romantic. The kitchen has a big fridge and a microwave. Although we arrived late in the evening, Rita made all the arrangements and the check-in was very easy, because the property has a permanent check-desk, with very kind people. In the first night there was a problem with the lightening in the bathroom, but we spoke at the check-desk and the next day Rita made it fixed. It was a pleasure to stay at Rita's and I hope next time we'll visit Rome will stay again at her place.

Very well-kept, clean and tidy accommodation. Travel with public transport is not direct, but we have privileged the tranquility of the place.

The place was beautiful and new, check in was easy, communication was great and clear, there is a public transport stop right next to the house. We enjoyed it very much and thank you!

My partner and I enjoyed a two week stay here. Very friendly pick up service from the train station by the host and was welcomed in to our apartment which was extremely clean (felt brand new, from the cleanliness to the furniture and silver wear). Host was responsive whenever we had any queries and the area is peaceful and nice to walk around with plenty of nature. We’re definitely coming back here! Thank you Luca!

Very nice apartment in an excellent location. Two of the things that stood above the rest: the convenience of the in-unit washing machine and the high quality of the mattress and the bedding. It was one of the most comfortable beds ever!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay, beautifully decorated and well equipped and in a wonderful location with high end shopping, cafes, restaurants and historic sites including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain nearby. Also, Allegra and her team of support were amazing with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and transport services. This apartment is highly recommended!

What an amazing location. Two minutes from Roma Termini with so many options for transportation—train, buses, tram. The location was perfect to enjoy a quiet night but close enough by transport to other parts of the city. Communication was perfect and the host was continuously responding back to us. Finding the place was so easy. The area is so quiet and the bed is so comfortable. The room if big enough for two people and the bathroom is big enough to be comfortable moving around. There are a washing and drying machine available in the last floor that are super clean. The facility is so clean and the room was pristine. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back again. There was an elevator also, which is definitely plus!

We had an amazing stay here! We were a group of 7 people. Me and my husband and our three teenagers and my in-laws. We all slept comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great as well. Plenty of towels as well! The four bathrooms were so helpful in getting ready for the day with ease! It was so nice for everyone to have a private bathroom space. Thank you for the easy communication and allowing us to store our luggage at 10 am so we could enjoy the day while the cleaners finished up. That was so helpful! We will definitely recommend to all our friends.
