Monthly Rentals in Methwold Hythe

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the surroundings just gorgeous!! Every little detail in the cabin was perfect and we have the most wonderful time. We loved the furniture, books, quotes and the beautiful green colour scheme. Our interaction with their two beautiful horses, peacocks and chickens was wonderful and something we will always cherish!! David and Suzzane are lovely hosts and we are sure to visit their beautiful cabin again!!

Archie the lurcher and I had a great couple of nights at Bluebell cabin. The cabin is set in at the back of the large field with trees to screen the fishing lakes and camping areas at the front. In addition, the cabin is set in a private fully fenced gravelled area with it's own picnic table. The area is dog safe unless you have one that likes to clear a 4 foot gate! Inside, the cabin was very clean and all the amenities were as described. For the connected generation, some sockets had USB outlets, the site WiFi mainly worked and the mobile signal was fine. I enjoyed a nice pint of cider in Rondo's, the on-site bar and two great breakfasts at Hubbles, the adjoining cafe. I particularity liked The Veggie One - Avocado and grilled Halloumi on a toasted muffin! The site is a bit remote unless you want to do some fishing or join in with one of the regular events on site. We had a day out in Bury St Edmunds which is about 40 minutes away.

What a beautiful little place to stay! The annexe is definitely small but it's exactly as described in the listing, very cosy and had absolutely everything we needed for a couple of nights away 😊
