Holiday rentals with a patio in Mesilla

A great location for exploring Las Cruces: close to restaurants and grocery stores, a short drive to Dripping Springs and downtown, and just under an hour to White Sands and El Paso. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice modern TV and fast WiFi. The bed is the foam variety and quite soft. Nice walk in shower in the primary bathroom. Plenty of closet and storage space.

This cute, duplex style bungalow met our needs perfectly. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a grassy park located a stone's throw away, perfect for taking your dog for a walk on cool mornings and cool evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The host left English muffins, fresh eggs, butter, and coffee creamer in the fridge, which was very helpful until we could head to the grocery store. The bedroom has black out curtains, which was great for I am a light-sensitive sleeper. The shower was AMAZING. The host also provided a few games for family game night. I recommend Padma's home should you need a comfortable place to stay that is quite dog friendly and great for families.

I hosted my graduation party here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed to celebrate comfortably with friends and family. It felt cozy, welcoming, and just right for such a special occasion. The host was kind and responsive, making the entire experience stress free. I’m so grateful we found this place, it truly made my graduation day even more memorable!

We would highly recommend this location. We have had to stay for about 7 weeks since we were waiting for our visas to arrive. Not only is the inside very well thought out, it has details that most people don’t consider for their renters. The black out curtains, room separators, TV set ups, grab bars in the bathroom. I could go on but the outside needs recognition. The wall art is incredibly well done, there are trumpet vines and beautiful shade trees, many seating options, grill, and birds to view in the large outdoor area. Am I saying too much? I could go on but I’ll end with this- the communication is always prompt and considerate.

We are traveling to the coast of Oregon from New Orleans and we booked Del’s place last minute , it was getting late and we were exhausted . The place was super cute and cozy! My only regret is not getting there sooner !

What an adorable little place! Serene Settings, easily walkable to Mesilla square with lots of local shopping, and fantastic eateries. well appointed kitchen, upgraded and easy to use appliances. separate spaces for study and TV watching. sparkling clean and super responsive hosts. highly recommend if you are in the area, will definitely stay here again !!!!

We booked this location because we had enjoyed staying here last year and knew it was a good location and a lovely place to stay during our visit with my husbands family. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our previous stay. We were glad to be within a short distance of the Mesilla Plaza and the bike path along the Rio Grande.

This house was awesome, far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to many restaurants and businesses to get what you need. a food truck was also parked close by in the evenings. streaming tvs in every room, a couple coffee makers ready for use, essential kitchenware available for use. Basically everything expected in an airbnb is supplied and this place is fantastic!

what we wanted we got. We're literally looking for something that felt homey, comfortable that didn't look like a hotel or motel, and it didn't. We got there at 3, I made dinner and we slept the whole time it was so comfortable from the couch to the beds. We loved it will be back!

From the moment you walk in, you can tell how well cared for the space is—it’s spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything looks and feels fresh, as if the home was just built. On top of that, Nicole is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making your stay comfortable. It's as warm and clean as home. I really like it when the sunlight shines through the window into the room. The homeowner was also very warm and friendly. The area around the house is quiet and safe. Supermarkets and the like are also very convenient nearby, just a few minutes' drive away.

We were very comfortable- everyone in our party had their own bed. I was pleasantly surprised that the bunks were unstacked, which was our preference. Our son loved the game room in the garage. It was too hot for the hot tub but I’m sure it’d be enjoyable a different time of year.
