Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mesilla

Had a great stay with no issues or complaints. The host was more than helpful and sent clear directions a couple hours prior to us arriving that made accessing the home super easy! The house, outdoor patio, and hot tub were all clean when we arrived. They even provided sleds which were a perfect addition because we were going to visit White Sands. Would highly recommend for any upcoming trips as the host is friendly and reply’s quickly!

Words can’t describe how much we loved this place. I would come visit weekly if I could it felt such at home. She worked with us with a later check out due to our softball tournament and didn’t hesitate! All around great hosts and made everything feel like home! We will be back! ☺️

The place was in a great spot - peaceful and private but close to restaurants and activities. Jeff was an amazing host - not only did he let us change the reservation to leave a day early at the last minute but left wine and chocolate for my wife’s birthday. He was quick to help us troubleshoot a WiFi problem. Mesilla is a nice area to explore and we highly recommend Chala’s Wood Fire Grill and D.H. Lescombes Winery and Bistro. You won’t regret staying here!

Great home, description is accurate for recommended guest. Spacious bedrooms and baths. Backyard is lovely and the property has a private yet beautiful view of the mountains. This home provides just the right touch to make everyone in the group happy for privacy to a comfortable and relax stay. House always stayed in a great temperature dispute the hot weather that las cruces can cause. Lots of stores and restaurants are extremely close to the house and great parking is available in the property. All in all this was a wonderful home definitely recommended.

This stay was very comfortable. Host has thought of everything. Lovely variety of coffee, tea, & hot chocolate available - such an nice surprise! Host very kind & provided a quick response. Would definitely stay again!

The home was spacious, clean, and well stocked with needed supplies. Great parking space and outdoor space was clean and peaceful.

A beautiful and roomy house in a great location. My kids loved the ultra comfy couch and the park down the street. The neighborhood is friendly, vibrant, peaceful, and wonderful to walk through. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect for the weekend. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant and come back and rest. It’s in the perfect place. It was adorable decorated with historic facts which we enjoyed reading. Julienne was very sweet and understanding when we told her we were coming in late and was very caring. She asked us to let her know when we got in to make sure we were in safe regardless of time.

I highly recommend this place! We stayed for a night and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The interiors are beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Some highlights that stood out to us: Impeccable Cleanliness: Every area of the unit was spotless, including the bathrooms, which were exceptionally clean. Attentive Hosts: The hosts were very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. Prompt Service: When we had an issue with the fan, someone was sent to fix it right away, and the problem was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return!

We were so pleased to stay. A peaceful,clean ,private respite for our visit to Las Cruces. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the Convention center is less than a 10 min drive. The casita is charming and comfortable. We are hoping to come back!

We would highly recommend this location. We have had to stay for about 7 weeks since we were waiting for our visas to arrive. Not only is the inside very well thought out, it has details that most people don’t consider for their renters. The black out curtains, room separators, TV set ups, grab bars in the bathroom. I could go on but the outside needs recognition. The wall art is incredibly well done, there are trumpet vines and beautiful shade trees, many seating options, grill, and birds to view in the large outdoor area. Am I saying too much? I could go on but I’ll end with this- the communication is always prompt and considerate.

A great place out in the desert with an amazing mountain view.

We rented this apartment for 2 months for our 23-year-old college student daughter who had a summer internship in New Mexico and it could not have worked out better. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for her. The apartment is in a safe and very quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the downtown area. Emily was a great host and very responsive, answering every question within an hour. In fact, on the first day there was a problem with the smoke detector and within a couple of hours it was replaced. Our daughter was invited back for another internship next summer and loved this apartment so much that she will definitely consider staying there again.

I travel back and forth every two weeks from California to Las Cruces NM. And I have been doing this for the past year. Out of all my Air B&B locations I have stayed at this has been my favorite one so far. The house was very clean and accommodating. I would be looking to stay at this location if available in the near future and would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Las Cruces to consider this location before looking at others.

The condo is very comfortable and clean. It is just as described. Shirley responded quickly to our texts.

Great place to stay!!

The condo was just as expected. Older community but nice. Super safe location with gated parking. The location is close to everything one would need. Shopping, gym and restaurants are close. We had one mechanical problem that was addressed within two hours.

Shirley and Mike are wonderful hosts. The condo was spotless. We had a wonderful view of the fireworks. Will be staying again in the future. Thank you, Brenda

Cynthia was a superb host! We happened to be on our honeymoon and she left a special gift for us…so thoughtful. Cynthia’s home was well appointed, great layout, beautifully decorated and was super quiet. So close to historic Mesilla with nice shops and great restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
