Mile from Historic downtown Gilbert with food, bars and entertainment. Located two miles from Banner Gateway Hospital. We are just off the U.S. 60 and Val Vista road. Severe pet allergy! Welcome to my home! My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.
