Monthly Rentals in Mesi Potamia

We only have the best to say! The house is even better than the photos. It has all the essentials, is cool and bright and takes you through time. A home that we felt like our own. The village, Ano Potamia, a wonderful picturesque landscape with people who welcomed us only with smiles. And it was the perfect place to see all of Naxos because it was 20’away from everything. As for our host, George, we want to say a big thank you. He helped us infinitely with the transfer of our things from the port to the house and then from the house to the port which for him was self-explanatory. He was very communicative already from the reservation advising us that for our comfort the best would be to rent a vehicle, as we would advise anyone who would visit Naxos in general because it is a big island and the transportation is quite binding. Thanks for everything, and we hope to meet again soon. 🥰

Anna Maria und Stratos were the best hosts! Very good communication even long before we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Anna Maria even brought us fresh eggs from the farm and selfmade olive oil to try. She was also very proactive with recommendations and helped us plan our days. The house was very cute, a standalone house on the top of the hill with a beautiful wide view of the island. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. We can really recommend this apartment to anyone valuing privacy and an authentic stay on Naxos!

Our stay in Apollonas was a unique and special experience. Being here in the off-season was very different then we expected, but the host was so kind and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. This is a VERY very small village so know if you stay during winter there’s no restaurants open and no grocery stores (you’ll need to buy food in Chora/Naxos when you port or fly in and bring it with you). There is one bus that runs Tuesdays back and forth from Apollon to Chora for €14 (winter price) or you can hire a taxi for €60. The Airbnb is very small but cozy and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking! The dishwasher and laundry machine were a HUGE bonus. If you’re staying in the winter, you should be comfortable keeping yourself busy or spending time alone walking around the village or the beach. The seaglass was a delight to find! Stormy weather had us inside quite a lot but the location is stunning and the host very kind and responsive. I’d love to visit in summer!!

I had a great stay here! I arrived very late at night after a delayed ferry and Gerasimos was kind enough to wait up and assist with check in. He also helped me with figuring out the bus schedule and stops on the island, since it wasn’t clear on google. The place was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommended staying here!!
