Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

This was a great house with tons of room and all the things we needed for our stay. We spent most of our time there on the back porch watching family swim. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to make meals. Everything was very nice and we had a great stay.

Perfect Getaway with Friends! We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Their hospitality really set the tone for a great trip. The house itself was perfect for our group of friends. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up for group fun and relaxation. We especially appreciated the abundance of games. Pool table, shuffleboard, and a big TV setup which kept us entertained indoors when the weather didn’t cooperate. The location couldn’t have been better either. It’s private and just a short drive to several great golf courses and Lake Winnipesaukee, which made planning activities super convenient. All in all, a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-located getaway spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Red house in New London! The host, Chris, was so helpful in working with our dates. We traveled to New London for my mother-in-law's celebration of life, and I could not think of a better place to stay with my family and close family friends. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the game room and other amenities such as the screened porch and hot tub. We would have used the sauna/cold plunge if we had more time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very private but easy access and close to downtown New London which was perfect for us. Again, I must highlight how gracious and helpful the host was - it was one of the best experiences I had so far with Airbnb. Please consider staying here - you will love it!

OK Had a perfect 1-day getaway at a cozy house in Belmont, NH! The place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax. We loved the pool and hot tub during the day, and in the evening, we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace while making s’mores. The location was peaceful and beautiful—great for a quick escape from the city. It felt like a mini vacation packed into one day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a warm, relaxing atmosphere!

I recently stayed at a condo unit in Gilford, NH and had the pleasure of staying at Tracy's unit. It was in a clean, well maintained community, and when we arrived, I couldn't have been happier with the unit. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was 10 minutes from NHBank Pivillion where we were going, and many local eateries and places of interest in the area. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet getaway on Lake Winnapausaukee.

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. The home is spacious, immaculate, attractively decorated and furnished. The whole family loved it and didn't want to leave. Definitely a great spot for our next visit.

This is the most perfect family vacation spot. It is directly across the street from the boat house with lake access. The most beautiful views you could ask for. less than a mile from grocery and restaurants. The interior is stunning and clean. My family has already asked me to book it again!

We loved Momanni so much that we returned this year for our second trip. Minutes from Mt Sunapee. Very cozy interior. The whole family had a great time.

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

I really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. We were busy during the day so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the lake, but the house was beautiful and comfortable, there are 3 (!) full bathrooms, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. I hope to come back and spend more time here.

Such a cute place - the entire home was so much better than the photos even!! The bed and bedding was also super comfortable and all of the included seating and such was super cute! There was also a chalkboard wall that was really cool! Will certainly consider coming again!

We really enjoyed our time at Britney's lake house. It was so cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The lake was beautiful and a little bit chilly a couple of days so her hot tub was Wonderful! Brittney was communicative and asked if we needed any recommendations. We have family friends with a house on the lake so we will be back. Would definitely book with Brittney again for some Lake Time house comforts. We had a great weekend at Cecile and Ralph’s lake house! The home was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cecile and Ralph were incredibly responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. We’re already talking about coming back next summer! We highly recommend!
